Review of DMCE in brief.
Placements: DMCE offers decent placements, mainly for IT/CS branches. The average goes like 3 LPA - 5 LPA, and the highest is 10 LPA. Core branches get lower offers, and faculty is supportive. Training and placement cell is active. Training is given to students, but students need to perform to achieve.
Infrastructure: There are spacious buildings, well-equipped labs, a large library, Wi-Fi campus (just for study), and decent classrooms. Library is good. It has good collection of books. There are no hostels or sporting grounds, which are the two drawbacks students faced, other than that, there are no issues.
Faculty: Most teachers are supportive and great. They may not be well educated, but you will not feel it. Some faculty members are not good at all but for CS branch, all the faculty members are great. The syllabus is taught by Mumbai University. The semester exams and other exams are very difficult and stressful. Class percentage is 40%.

The vibe you get is like entering an office with no other facilities, like a ground or open space.
Placements: The opportunities for Civil are already few. The college provides only a few good companies, some of which are worth it. For other courses, opportunities are good but not like those big multi-cap or mid-cap companies. Mostly normal companies are better than local players.
Infrastructure: The canteen is a mess. Only during my last year was it good. There is no ground and no proper medical facilities. Wi-Fi is poor. Labs and all are average with above minimum infrastructure. The library is old, with new books added each year only to the caste section, while for normal students, only old torn books are available.
Faculty: Just to get money. They make a whole new course of infrastructure. Otherwise, the curriculum is the same for every Mumbai University college. Few subjects, seminars, or software are left for the college to decide, which, in my case, is good, as we are taught STAD and GIS.
Other: For Civil and non-computer fields. It is better to try for Mumbai colleges instead of Navi Mumbai ones, except private colleges.

Great staff. They are supportive and helpful.
Placements: Around 50 to 60% of students are placed in the recently passed out batch. Top recruiting companies are Capgemini, TCS, Infosys, etc. The highest package is around 8 LPA, and the lowest is around 2.5 LPA. Roles offered are manager and fresher. Internships are also provided at a great level.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is like average. Labs and classrooms are decent. Quality of food is like okay. About hostel I have learned its fine. The campus is quite good. The infrastructure is also fine with a great vibe. Working facilities like lift are available. There are fresh seats, and a badminton court is available.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, and staffs are supportive. The pass percentage is quite good, above 90%. The exams are at a moderate level. The main semester exams are conducted properly. Teachers help to make the students industry-ready. They also help the students in many ways, rather than just studying.

Top choice for civil engineering at Mumbai University.
Placements: Over the past few years, the placement rate for civil engineering in DMCE has been around 53 to 60% which is decent, considering the competition in core engineering placements. Highest salary package offered in our department is up to 10 LPA. Lowest salary package goes to 2.5 LPA. Roughly 72 to 80% of the students secure internships. Roles offered in my course are mostly site engineer, quantity surveyor, project engineer, structural engineer, and civil designer.
Infrastructure: Our college has two buildings and a third under construction, which will soon be working with a single Building, specially for coal branches like civil. We have multiple labs for practicals with excellent classrooms. A library and Wi-Fi are available. We also have a canteen, and for sports we have a badminton court. Currently, our college does not provide hostel facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, with some who have completed their Ph.D. in their particular course. Course curriculum is relevant and, as per Mumbai University. Apart from the curriculum, teachers help students be industry-ready with extra knowledge about interviews, etc.
Other: There are not many huge events or fest, but we have an annual fest every year including sports events. Campus crowd is nice. And campus surroundings are very calm. Our college has scholarships provided by the government. I don't think there are such things that need to be improved about our course. Everything seems fine. I chose civil engineering due to many upcoming opportunities for development.

Best choice for 90-95% CET score students.
Placements: I am giving details of the current passing out batch, so almost 85-90% of students get placed in good companies. Roles depended on their skill sets. Top recruiting companies are Capgemini, Accenture, TCS, Mahindra, etc. The average package offered to students is around 5 LPA - 6 LPA. While the highest package offered in our college is 10 LPA (not this placement season). The lowest package offered is around 3 LPA - 4 LPA, so in our college companies usually don't offer internships and students have to apply themself but still majority of students get internships.
Infrastructure: Many facilities are provided by college management for all branches. Since we are talking about information technology, I will narrate my experience. For IT students, all types of labs are provided I mean whatever you will need for studying is available however its quality is not exactly excellent but it works. Wi-Fi is provided throughout the campus and it works fine. Library contains books for all departments and subjects and its very huge and quite so you won't have any problems while studying. Classrooms are quiet and windy so they are good too.
Faculty: DMCE is quite famous for its best faculty members. All the teachers have 20+ years of experience in their fields and are excellent teachers. In my two years in this college, I have always found the faculty helpful and supportive to students and you usually won't face any problems from their side. The course curriculum is Mumbai University official syllabus and is relevant on above average basis. Though I won't say it makes you industry ready and you would have to make personal efforts to actually learn it. Exams conducted by Mumbai University talk about difficulty, they are intermediate hard.
Other: I got admission through MHT CET so I had to choose this college but honestly I have never regreted it. I think so far, the experience is good. There are many pros and cons of taking admission here like management here is not the best and many students find it unhelpful. Best things include library, college events which are conducted by student committee and official college event is conducted once in year. Crowd is average here and it would depend on you. Besides that extracurricular activities are also conducted by college committees like cell, NSS, etc.

Review of Datta Meghe College of Engineering.
Placements: The percentage of students who got placed is 75%. The highest package is 10 LPA and the average package is 8 LPA. The lowest salary is 5 LPA. The top companies are JSW, TCS, Google, Capgemini, Infosys, etc. Many of the students get internships but if you maintain your CGPA then you get internships.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are very good in the college. Wi-Fi is available. Labs are proper. We have well-maintained classrooms. Library is also well-maintained. There is no hostel in the college. We have to take PG outside of the college. College has canteen facilities and the food is average. They conduct sports and games. They also have a medical room.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and they are well qualified. They are very knowledgeable and they teach us in easy and proper method. Teachers clarify all our concepts. Course curriculum is very good and many students get jobs. Many students pass and the semester exams are easy. The paper is moderate only.
Other: They conduct events like Milestone, the biggest event of this college. They give us scholarships for OBC, EBC, SC, ST, and NT students.
