The college is not up to the level of satisfaction as there are no good faculty and no placements
Placements: No placements from the college, but teachers can recommend you somewhere for job opportunities. In the local town, you can get about 3000- 5000 per month as the salary after completion of the course. You have to search on your own for internships and as previously stated, teachers can recommend you an opportunity if you don't get it anywhere.
Infrastructure: There are not many facilities like Wi-Fi. Labs and classrooms are not that good. Sometimes, you have to clean classrooms on your own. The canteen food is okay but the discipline is good in the college. In the college, there are many curricular activities in which you can participate.
Faculty: As we know, in any college, you have to study on your own. But still, a good faculty team is needed for the correct guidance, which is not so good. Sometimes, there were guest lectures which can prove to be useful. Some teachers are knowledgeable but some are not.

Average experience (just got to know how to work hard to learn)
Placements: There is no placement given in our course. When we wrote an application against it, we were scolded and told not to do anything like this again. Other batch students were also told the same. Even the internship also had to be searched by us in which the institute didn't help at all.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very poor and the facilities are almost negligible which are a must in this course like a proper lab, industry exposure and projection rooms. No proper canteen, sick room or any other facility is available. No proper playgrounds and faculty members are available. We needed to share a playground with other faculty which was very hectic as it was far from our faculty.
Faculty: The faculty members of core subjects are good as compared to the major subject which lead to the distraction of our attention in studies of major subjects that are most important in the field. The faculty members are not knowledgeable enough about the recent materials and techniques of this profession as they have never worked professionally in the field. Even if they are knowledgeable, they are unable to pass on the right thing and are unable to teach the things they know, which are maybe due to the lack of proper facilities.
Other: Teachers do not take any initiative to change or improve the facilities that must be given to the students. They just keep on saying that students are not paying too much attention, so the facilities are less. Whereas in meetings with the Dean, they never put forward the facilities they require to raise the standard of study.

Satisfactory college, no placements for this course, the faculty is good, infrastructure is average.
Placements: In DEI, many reputed companies come to recruit the students and offer very good packages to them. But, for this course, there is no offer at all. The students have to seek for the off-campus jobs and the marks, and the grades hardly matter. What matters is only the knowledge, the skills and the creativity of the students.
Infrastructure: The building of the college is good, but the classes are below average. No Wi-Fi connection, no medical facilities and no canteen are provided. I am talking about the women's Polytechnic, and so, for the games, the AutoCAD class and the workshop classes, we have to go to the main campus. The hostel rooms are good.
Faculty: Some of the faculty is good and knowledgeable. It is very helpful, uses better methods to teach the students and gives a proper platform to explore. But, some faculty is not so good as compared to the others. The student to faculty ratio is 30:1. And sometimes, the industry exposure is also given by the college.
Other: DEI is a very reputed, deemed university. It gives you the knowledge as well as the platform for those students who are interested in sports, dancing, singing, music, etc. It also takes provides the industry exposure. The rules and regulations are also strictly followed by the students, and the college creates an eco-friendly environment in a very appropriate way.
