I am satisfied with the college placements but the faculty members and infrastructure are good.
Placements: Digboi College B.A. placement rates were variable, 80% of placements were offered for some courses. For B.A. courses in 2022, the highest package offered was not specifically mentioned. Top recruiting companies for B.A. graduation course were Tata Consultancy Services, Accenture, HCL, Times of India, etc. Significant protion potential around 63% or more of students may participate in internships or other work experiences. B.A. students could find internships in museum, libraries, cultural organisations, even within the film media and entertainment industries. Digital marketing, human resources, journalism, and public relations were top roles offered in the B.A. course.
Infrastructure: B.A. programs typically offer a range of facilities and infrastructure to support student learning and development. This included libraries with extensive collections of books, journals, and digital sources as well as dedicated study spaces like quiet areas and group rooms. Digboi College hostel facilities particularly the boys hostel generally consider food with a focus on hygiene and safety. Full stock food quality in the mess and canteen was reported to be good and affordable. The college also provided medical facilities with a dispensary offering first aid. It also had sports and recreational facilities for students.
Faculty: Teachers at Digboi College were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. At Digboi College, the teaching quality was generally regarded as good to excellent. A B.A. course could be improved by focusing more on hands-on experience and real-world application of knowledge.

I am dissatisfied with the college placement but the faculty members and infrastructure is good.
Placements: Above 90 marks students get placement. I genuinely don't know about the packages. Above 75% of students got internships in our college. Generally, our college offers placement on IOCL or ONGC. Students should learn very hard to get placement.
Infrastructure: The college campus is very big. Many courses are available in our college in every department. The hostel facility is also good. There are two main hostels. One boys hostel and one girls hostel. There is one library where Wi-Fi is available every time. The food quality of the canteen is good.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are Ph.D. holderS. They are very interactive. There is one HOD in every department. They are available for any doubt-solving. There are three exams per semester. Two sessional and one final exam. 40 marks of internal assessment is given.

A college with healthy environment.
Placements: 3%-4% of students got placed from my course. There is no package system provided to students at Digboi College. Top recruiting companies from my courses are ISRO, Tata Consultancy Service, etc. These courses help us for the betterment career of the students.
Infrastructure: Many different facilities are provided for better knowledge of students like lab facility, projector on the classes, etc. Healthy food in hostel as well as in canteen are provided. Many sports and games facilities are also provided to every students for the betterment of students.
Faculty: The teaching faculty members are good and helpful. They try to help us in every way they can and teach us very easily and understandable. Course curriculum is also relevant with the amount of days. Exams and tests are also given at a time.
Other: I chose this course because studying physics was one of my hobby and it could also help me for my betterment of career in future. Everything of this course is good. While the campus surrounding is much beautiful and healthy environment with beautiful birds.

Digboi College is good.
Placements: There are many students in Digboi College. In my English department, there are 49 students. They are very talented students. They are good at communicating with me so I like them as friends. I did not get an internship.
Infrastructure: In my college, there is a library for study and skills. There is a librarian. Classrooms are big and comfortable when our teachers teach us. The food is available on my college campus. 2 canteens are there. They are affordable. The water facility is bad.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified professionals. There are many teachers. I am satisfied with the teaching. Semester exams in my college are good. I like the college. Students very carefully listen to teachers.
Other: I like to study English, so I chose this course.

Digboi College: A student's perspective.
Placements: I have taken electronics major and there are only 6 students in my semester. So, if in percentage, it's approximately 0.48% got placed in my course. When I researched the lowest and the highest package offered in my course, it ranged from 0-3,00,000. Top recruiters for electronics and computer science graduates include semiconductor and electronics like Intel, Qualcomm, NVIDIA, AMD, Samsung, and Texas Instruments. IT & software companies are Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Apple, IBM, Oracle, and Cisco. Telecom & networking companies are Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, and Broadcom. Automation & embedded systems are Bosch, Siemens, and Honeywell. Indian companies are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, etc. Top roles are core electronics, software & IT, IoT, automation & robotics, R&D & hardware.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for my department is quite low. There is equipment and no Wi-Fi. There are no proper labs. Classrooms are decent and enough. The library is for all. I don't stay in the hostel, but my friends told me that the hostel is somehow decent. There is no enough food sometimes, but gas a good environment.
Faculty: There are 2 teachers in my department, one is not really helpful, he's arrogant in silent, the other is the vice principal and also the HOD, even with his busy schedule, he tries his best to help us. The course curriculum majorly focuses on the theory-based syllabus, so, I can say, it doesn't make students industry-ready. 2 sessionals are held with easy papers and 1 final with moderate.
Other: I have chosen this course as not many students opt for it due to its dangerous name electronics. It sounds too different and difficult. There are not many events held at the college as it interrupts academic life. They conduct only the necessary ones like Saraswati Puja and College Week. The campus is not very crowded. Scholarships are also provided, and Extracurricular activities like cultural activities and NSS are also organised.

I am totally satisfied with the college. The facilities and infrastructure are great.
Placements: 50% of students were placed in our course. The highest package was 22 LPA, the lowest was 5 LPA, and the average was 12 LPA. The recruiting companies were IOCL, TCS, Flipkart, Amazon, etc. 40% of students got an internship from our course, and the company is TCS. The top roles offered were CA, software engineer, and data scientist.
Infrastructure: Our college provided Wi-fi, smart classrooms, a library, a computer lab, and a maths room. The hostel food quality was perfect, it was very clean and hygienic. The hostel had a big group to play games, and it had both indoor and outdoor games facilities. The medical facilities were available 24/7 in our hostel.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, well-qualified, and their knowledge was excellent. The teaching qualities of teachers were excellent. The course was curriculum-relevant, and it made us industry-ready. Semester exams were very difficult. The pass percentage was 90%.
Other: I chose this course because my interest was in accounting and finance. The best thing was to solve the problems of the account. Everything is best.
