Our college is decent, with well-qualified lecturers and decent infrastructure.
Placements: After this course, students can apply for teaching jobs in both private and government schools. Our college does not provide placement support. It offers a two-year D.Ed program which makes students eligible to become primary teachers at schools.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is decent. It has a well-furnished library, a full-fledged computer lab, and properly ventilated and well-lit classrooms. Our college does not have Wi-Fi, a mess, a canteen, medical facilities, and sports except for a lush green playground. The hostel is spacious and clean.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, friendly, and cooperative. Their teaching is relevant to the curriculum. It follows the curriculum designed by SCERT and strictly follows the guidelines instructed by the board. Internal assessment is easy to moderate. Students don't have much pressure on exams.
Other: I chose this course because it works as a backup when you don't have a proper vocational degree. Cultural events are freshers, farewells, and other cultural programs which are mostly official. Our institute follows the schedule of events mandated by the Bihar government, so there would be a lot of instances where you'd be called to attend or organise different activities and funded programs. School Experience Program is conducted every year for 4 weeks and 16 weeks for first-year students and second-year students respectively.
