Placements: 100% placements. Recruiting companies are Axis Bank, Deloitte, IDBI Bank, HCL, HAFELE, Asian Paints, and Zara. 99% of students get secure internships. Roles offered in B.Com Honours are in banking, consulting, financial services, insurance, management, and technology.

Infrastructure: Facilities are up to mark. Hygiene is a priority in the mess. The food is good. It boasts a hostel with amenities like 24/7 electricity and water, Wi-Fi, common TV rooms, and basic necessities, along with facilities for academic and extracurricular activities.

Best hostel, Buzzing Campus & Highly define placements!

Placements: Last year placement results were outstanding, average package for B.Com (Hons) was around 5.75 lacs and the highest was around 13 lacs. Relationship managers, marketing managers, risk assessment offices were major roles offered especially for the B.Com (Hons) batch. Companies like ICICI, Dabur, Mahindra Finance, Bajaj, JP Morgan, Grand Thorton were major recruiters for B.Com (Hons). .

Infrastructure: The best hostel of Dehradun so far is the new residence (new boys hostel) with really good facilities. Trust me, the new hostel facilities are the best in the city, no other college is offering such a lavish hostel. Students usually call it more like a hotel because of the superb facilities being offered. Mess food has really improved over time and the elevator are also there. All varieties of food, south indian, chinese, veg non veg options are there.

Faculty: All faculty members are having experience of more than 15 years, in the college only mostly they are from last 5-6 years, most B.Com (Hons) teachers are CA and CS. Atul Rawat sir, Neha Kukreti MA'am, Pitresh sir are truly very dedicated towards clearing concepts. Nobody can sleep in the class because the teaching way is so interesting.

It's not worth spending money on this college, especially.

Placements: There is not 100% placement, but everyone gets a chance to sit for placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, PWC, and HCL visit our campus. Only a few top students get placed.

Infrastructure: Hostel and mess facilities are available on the campus. There are four hostels for girls and two for boys. Boys hostels are situated outside the campus. Hostels are pretty decent, with triple and double-seater rooms. There are separate mess for girls and boys. The mess food is not such good. The campus is not such big, but it's beautiful, and there is some diversity as well.

Faculty: Faculty members are well-behaved and educated but a bit biased. They judge students based on their courses, and my course, which is B.Com Honours, is not much appreciated in the college. Faculty members are good and behave well with students, and students are also very cooperative with faculty members. Exams are taken every six months.

Placements: Currently I am pursuing B.Com (Hons) from DBS Global University (formerly Doon Business School) my enrollment year was 2022 and I'll be passing out in 2025 Overall the placements are average in UG and it's Good in PG The top recruiting companies are Delloite, Icici bank, Ujjiwani Small Finance bank, Asian paints Axis Bank and many more companies .

Infrastructure: The Hostel facility provided in DBS Global University is Excellent as it is new built hostel with top class Infrastructure and attached bathrooms that too modular the quality of food provided in the mess is average sometimes good, the hostel has around 300 rooms and has a large area with amenities such as pool table gymnasium ( to be opened soon) Badminton court, football ground etc.

Faculty: The faculty members in DBS Global University are very Supportive and helpful with great method of Teaching and Presentation. The course curriculum is relevant as it aims at practical aspect rather than theoretical knowledge. The college is surrounded with 100 plus industries thus it will provide the industrial experience.

Other: I chose This course as I Found it was Valuable for my future career opportunities the overall thr curriculum is Good. The Campus life is Average as the campus is Not so Huge thus u will get bored in 1 to 2 Months it is approximately 25 kms far from the main city thus city connectivity is a issue here though the College provides free bus commute to the city every Sunday.

Q: What are the scholarships available for the students pursuing BCom Hons at Doon Business School?

Students pursuing BCom (Hons) at Doon Business School are eligible to apply for merit-based scholarships. These scholarships are provided on the basis of the candidate's performance in Class 12 or CUET. A student can avail of these scholarships as a percentage of tuition fee, according to the rate/percentage applicable to them, based on their score in Class 12 or CUET. Apart from the merit-based scholarships, a special scholarship is provided as a fee waiver of 25% to the students with a Domicile of Uttarakhand. A scholarship of 10% is awarded to the wards of defence personnel, teachers and single mothers. The students of Doon Business School BCom (Hons) are eligible to apply for any one of these scholarships.
