When can I apply for the CUET exam 2026?

National Testing Agency (NTA) released the CUET UG 2026 application form at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates can apply for the CUET 2026 exam till January 30, 2026, up to 11:50 PM. CUET UG application process comprises registration, form filling, uploading documents, and payment of fees. Before applying, check the eligibility criteria for CUET UG exam.

Who is eligible for CUET UG exam?

NTA has released the CUET eligibility criteria. Students who have passed class 12th exam or are appearing for final examinations will be eligible to apply for CUET exam. Student must have scored 50% marks in total (general category) or 45% marks (SC/ST and other categories). There is no age limit to apply for CUET UG 2026 exam. However, candidates are advised to check the university and course wise criteria for admissions.

What are the latest changes in CUET UG exam?

National Testing Agency has not introduced any specific changes for CUET UG 2026. CUET scores are used for admission to various universities/colleges that candidates has applied for while filling the application form. When will the CUET admit card release?

NTA will release the CUET admit card 2026 online in second week of May at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates will be able to download their admit cards online at cuet.nta.nic.in. The admit card will be available for download in PDF document and is a mandatory document to be carried to the exam centre. Prior to the release of the CUET UG admit card, NTA will release the advance intimation of exam city slip. It is not the admit card, but will inform candidates about the city. After downloading the CUET UG 2026 admit card, candidates will have to check all the details carefully and ensure that there is no mistake. In case of any error, they will have to contact NTA to get the necessary corrections done.

When can I challenge the CUET answer key?

CUET UG answer key challenge window will open tentatively in second week of June 2026. Candidates who will appear for the exam will be able to raise objections against the CUET UG answer key within the stipulated period of time. Candidates will have to pay the non-refundable fee of INR 200 for each question challenged. The CUET UG provisional answer key is displayed for two to three days. Only paid challenges made during the given period will be considered for revision. On the basis of the objections received, CUET UG 2026 final answer key will be released tentatively in first week of July 2026 at cuet.samarth.ac.in. NTA will not confirm the outcome of the CUET answer key challenges made. CUET UG 2026 result will be computed on the basis of the CUET final answer key 2026.

When will NTA release the CUET city intimation slip?

NTA will release CUET 2026 city intimation slip online. Candidates who will complete the CUET application process by paying the requisite fee can log in with their username and password and download the slip to check the city where their CUET UG 2026 exam centre will be located. CUET intimation slip mentions the date of examination, shift, subject/test papers and medium chosen by the candidate while filling the application form. City intimation slips are released subsequently for the exams scheduled on different dates. CUET city intimation slip is not an admit card. It is an advanced information about the allotment of city. Based on the city allotted, candidates will have to make the necessary arrangement for travel, accommodation, etc.

When will be CUET UG exam conducted?

CUET UG 2026 exam will be conducted in May/June for 37 subjects. The mode of examination is CBT (Computer Based Test). NTA did not release official notification for CUET UG date sheet. Candidates can know exam details through CUET UG information bulletin. NTA will conduct CUET UG 2026 exam in multiple phases depending upon the number of candidates registering for the exam. Registered candidates can know the exact CUET UG exam on hall ticket. Candidates will have to report at the alloted exam centre on the day of the examination. When will NTA release CUET UG cutoff?

National Testing Agency (NTA) does not release the CUET UG cutoff. Once the CUET results are declared, the socres are shared with the participating universities and role of NTA ends with the declaration of results. CUET UG 2025 cutoff has been released by the CUET participtaing universities seperatley. Candidates will be able to check the course wise and category wise cutoff. CUET UG cutoff 2026 has been released by accepting universities after declaration of CUET UG results.

When will CUET DU CSAS portal open?

DU CSAS portal 2026 will be actiavted at ugadmission.uod.ac.in. University of Delhi launchs CSAS portal 2026 in June. Candidates who will appear for the CUET 2026 exam can register at DU CSAS 2026 portal. Candidates will be required to enter the college and course preference and pay the DU CSAS registration 2026 fee to participate in the admission process. On the basis of the choices entered and CUET 2025 percentile, candidates will be alloted college and course. CUET 2026 result will be declared in first week of July 2026 at cuet.nta.nic.in.

When will the CUET final answer key be released?

National Testing Agency will release the CUET 2026 final answer key before the announcement of results. NTA releases the revised CUET answer key based on the objections received at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates are given opportunity to challenge the CUET UG answer key 2026 within a three-day window. The date to challenge the answer key will be notified. Only paid challenges made during the stipulated period will be considered. CUET answer key challenges without justification/evidence, and those filed on any other medium other than the prescribed link for CUET UG will not be considered.
