About Arts College at Vyasarpadi, Chennai.

Placements: Placement drives are not enabled in our college for the previous batches. But nowadays, the government has initiated skill development training along with the recruitment drives. This helps the students to get secure, good jobs with an average salary package. Almost 72 to 75% of students get the opportunity to be placed in any of the companies participating in the recruitment drives.

Infrastructure: The college doesn’t support students with transportation facilities, except for arranging a free bus. Hostel facilities are not available in our college, so they suggest some PG hostels near the college. The college offers education at free tuition fees, but students with good merit scores can be admitted easily.

Faculty: Professors are beneficial to the college administration only. All the professors joined the college after clearing the required process and submitting the necessary documentation. They fail in communication, and the syllabus is unclear. They never share the seriousness of examinations with us, which creates students with a lot of backlogs.

Placements: The placement opportunities are good, and top recruiters were Shriram Finance, Aura Health Insurance, etc. The lowest salary package ranges around 1.8 LPA, and the highest salary package is around 3 LPA. The percentage of placement is around 73% every year, both on-campus and off-campus.

Infrastructure: The college has all basic facilities. The only thing is that the campus has no Wi-Fi connection. The classrooms are well-maintained. The library is excellent and has more collections of books. The food quality is very good. The hostel facilities are okay.

Faculty: The staff and teachers are very friendly towards the students. They guide the students very well. Their teaching is really helpful. The course curriculum is relevant to the field. The semester exams are moderate; if we prepare well for the exams, it doesn’t matter. The pass mark is to obtain 35% of the total marks.

Infrastructure: The college is located in Chennai. The college campus is maintained decently. The classrooms are good and clean. The laboratory facilities are limited for other departments. The library is very good and has a vast collection of books. The food is good.

Faculty: The teachers are very supportive of the students, and they are highly qualified. Their teaching is very good. The semester exams are easy to clear. The students must study the fundamental concepts and some important topics for their preparation. The pass percentage is around 40% of the total marks.

Placements: Dr Ambedkar Government Arts College is a good college. Every year around 40%-60% of students get placed. Majority of the companies are BPO and telecaller-based companies. The basic salary package is Rs. 15000 per month. Last year our college celebrated its Golden Jubilee.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is simple and good. The canteen is okay. Classrooms, laboratories, library, and other blocks are well maintained. The hostel is good, and the quality of food is also good. There are a number of sports facilities and other activities available.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified. They guide students in a good way. Our principal is a kind person. Their teaching is very helpful for learning. Semester exams are moderate. The minimum pass percentage is 40%. The course curriculum is relevant to the field.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average. Our college has all the basic facilities. There is no Wi-Fi facility inside the campus. The library is well-maintained. The hostel is good. The food quality is acceptable. The college is located in Vyasarpadi.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are neat and clean. The hostel is of high quality, offering clean and healthy food. The canteen, medical facilities, and sports amenities are excellent. The labs, library, canteen, medical services, and sports facilities are all top-notch.

Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and supportive. Their teaching quality is excellent. The curriculum is relevant and prepares students for the industry. Semester exams may be manageable due to the talented faculty.
