Infrastructure and placement record impressive. Faculty are very helpful.

Placements: Our college’s placement cell is one of the best, and its members are very active, providing special assistance by arranging various types of practical experiences and internships in different companies. The average salary package from our college is around 3-4 LPA. Every year, a good number of students receive job offers from here, and companies conduct interviews and extend job offers.

Infrastructure: Our college has very good and well-organized infrastructure. Every classroom here is quite large and air-conditioned. Our college also has a large library, as well as a sports field and a cafeteria area. The hostel facilities and faculty at our college are also excellent.

Faculty: Every faculty member at our college is highly experienced and excellent, and each one pays special attention to every student. They also make all necessary arrangements for the students’ convenience. Every faculty member is highly educated, and every year more than 70 percent of the students pass with good marks. They also arrange mock tests, practical projects, and other activities for the students.

Very friendly and adorable campus.

Placements: The placement support is not very good, but there's a very supportive and satisfying place. I like to give an average rating for the placement to Farook College Autonomous. About 20% of students were placed in the previous year in our department.

Infrastructure: Hostel is very good and facilities are very satisfying. 24-hour water and Wi-Fi service are very effective and applicable courses. Labs are pretty good and the availability of instruments is very good. I am very satisfied with labs and classroom facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are very humble and friendly. They are always available and easily available. This course is very relevant. The semester exams are not very difficult and the pass percentage of exams is nearly 75%. The teachers are highly qualified.

The best college of my life.

Placements: The placement drive begins for students in their second year of college. Companies like HDFC Bank, Tata, Flipkart, etc., visit our college for placements. Around 5-10% of students get placements every year. The average salary package offered was 16 LPA, and it is so good.

Infrastructure: The hostel has primitive rules and congested accommodations. The food is good for vegetarians but they will not serve non-vegetarian food. The hostel consists of a large mess that can serve 500 students at a time to dine. Students can register through the department. The hostel rent is just Rs. 7,000 annually and the mess fee is Rs. 2,000 per month which is affordable.

Faculty: The relevance in the new era is limited because most of the courses follow the primitive and competent for new modern technology. Even some departments like rural development and M.Tech which are unique and self-sufficient courses at the end of the semester have exams.

Good infrastructure and Facilities.

Placements: The placement cell is average. 15-25% of students were placed in an academic year. The average package is about 1.5 LPA. TCS, Infosys, etc. were the top recruiting companies. 20-30% of students got internships in various companies, including those in the IT field and other sectors.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure in the department are good. Wi-Fi is available all over the college. Labs are provided, with high-tech classrooms, and the library is the best. Both digital and offline books are available in the library. Hostel facilities are below average. The food and menu are not good. The hostel has Wi-Fi connectivity.

Faculty: Faculty is good. They were well-qualified and maintain quality teaching. Teachers were really helpful in study-related and other extracurricular activities also. The course curriculum is average. The pass percentage is 35% including internals and externals. Semester exams are a little bit tough.

Other: Farook College Calicut is one of the best residential colleges in Kerala. The best thing about this course is it gives more importance to practical/lab studies than theories. It makes students industry-ready based on knowledge.

I like the approach of faculty members towards students.

Placements: Internships start from 5th semester and 1-month internship is compulsory for all students. It is paid and experience of students for the final placement is provided by companies for the job. There are 80% chance of placement and students who get CGP over 8 can apply for the placement. The minimum salary package provided to students is 4 LPA and highest salary package offered is 84 LPA by companies such as Google and Amazon for placement.

Faculty: Faculty member and student ratio is very good and friendly which helps to learn more. I like all teachers that come to my class. I don't dislike any faculty member here. There are 2 mid-exams and one-semester exams for each subject, along with lab exams for both mid-term and semester exams. Maximum everyone passes easily.

Other: Campus life is very memorable because everyday programs are conducted which make us more attached to the college and create positivity. Most of the program in the college is conducted by different clubs which helps to mold our thoughts and views.

The college is great if you are looking for great campus life and curriculum.

Placements: Not so great placements. We have to find our internships. Only small local corporations are there for recruitment. Not so many seniors have found placement from college. They all searched and found on their own. Don't come here expecting placements in great companies.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. We have our own computer lab, Wi-Fi connection, smart TV, great classroom, and great campus. The hostels are good too, but not that great; there are 3 hostels for boys. The first one is for first-year students, which has good facilities, and the second one is attached to the mess. The second one is for 2nd and 3rd years, which is okay but not that great. And the third one for sports students, which is the worst. The food in the mess is great.

Faculty: This part is the best, I would say, because our faculty members are very friendly and well qualified. They provide excellent teaching quality. The curriculum is great and relevant to the field. It has more practical applications, which makes it industry-relevant. The semester exams are manageable if you study well.

Other: The campus life is the best. Because it is one of the most renowned colleges in Kerala, students from all over the state come here. Thus, you can meet people with all the vibe. And there are programs literally every day. And the campus is green and nature-friendly, which feels great.
