Eligible candidates need to appear for the Fazlani Altius Business Aptitude Test conducted by the college.
Psychometric Test
Shortlisted candidates will be called for psychometric test based on marks obtained in Fazlani Altius Business Aptitude Test.
FABS Intensive Training
Shortlisted candidates will be called for 7 days intensive training based on performance in psychometric test.
Corporate Individual Profiling
Shortlisted candidates will be called for Corporate Individual Profiling based on performance FABS Intensive Training. Corporate Individual Profiling is the final qualifying round for securing admission into the FABS Program. Every applicant who undergoes the FIT round, will now be presented to 3 corporates of the applicant’s choice. If the applicant gets selected by the participating corporate of the applicant choice, the applicant is selected for the FABS Program. If after 3 attempts an applicant has not been able to get selected in any participating company, where the applicant is interested, the journey of the applicant seizes with FABS.
Final Selection
Candidates are selected based on marks obtained in Fazlani Altius Business Aptitude Test and performance in Psychometric Test, FABS Intensive Training and Corporate Individual Profiling.
