What are the chances of getting a call for GD-PI with 75 percentile in CAT? I have decent academics.

You can consider TAPMI as one of the options. You can expect a call with this percentile score in CAT. 16 Jan is the last date to apply.

Does this college prefer MAT score or it only consider CAT percentile for the academic session 2018 - 2020?

No preference is given to students of any particular stream over the others as the admissions at FORE are purely on the basis of merit and also, there are no reservations of any type as FORE promotes a student mix that is diverse.
