It is a reputed college in Assam and the infrastructure is very good.
Placements: Placements were average. Few companies visited our college for recruitment. Many students got chances in different fields. Students need more placements, especially for science streams.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were well-furnished. Seminars and conference rooms were available for learning and discussion. There are two laboratory rooms in our department. Wi-Fi was available in our college. We had a library in our department. The food served in the canteen was not good, but other services were good. There was a huge playground. Our college conducted sports like cricket, volleyball, football, etc.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful and friendly. They always tried to give their best so that we could understand easily.
Other: The fee structure was reasonable for those students who were financially not strong.

We will miss our college after finishing our course.
Placements: About 78% of students are there in our course. Over 100% of students are doing internships in many government companies. Our students do jobs in many companies both government and private. Our college students are the professors of our college now. Many courses are there in the college and you will get whatever you want.
Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi in our college. Special labs, high-tech classrooms, and a digitised library that has features both offline and online. Canteen foods are very tasty and they have many varieties. Our college gets many trophies in inter-college competitions, etc.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and give us life lessons too. Exams are not that difficult and the passing percentage is above 80%. The teachers are very helpful to me graduating from this college. We have highly educated teachers in our college.
Other: We have enjoyed our college life.

It is a good college with decent students.
Placements: There is no official data available for placements. Still, as far as I have talked to the people that studied here, the maximum salary package offered ranges from 10-12 LPA if you get a good post in ONGC or oil companies.
Infrastructure: Facilities here are not the best but neither very poor too. There is no Wi-Fi facility. There is a library and an indoor stadium. There are practical labs for the science departments, which are average. Overall, the infrastructure is average.
Faculty: Teachers are quite good in our college. Semester exams are moderate, and very few students fail here.
Other: If you are looking for extracurricular activities, then there is a field. The college week is held every year where you can showcase your talent in various fields.

Great studying environment with great and friendly teachers, .
Placements: Approximately 2 percent of entire students was placed in my course. The highest average package offered in my course was 60lakh per annum and the lowest package was 5lakh per annum. Top requiring company for my course was oil india limited, Schlumberger, ongc .
Infrastructure: There are all sort of facilities in my department. There's 4classrom and one library and also there was a geological musium practical lab there's also smart classroom equipped with projectors, smart tv etc. The hostel facility is not good the hostel is rundown but it is being rebuilt in my last year.
Faculty: Teachers are very good. They help you with topics related to entrance exams they also held seminars frequently. They also take you field study. This course is relevant if it makes you industry ready I will say no it is more likely to make you ready for higher studies. The semester exams are not too tough and not to easy pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I always liked geology. I am very attached with the sub and the college will make you love the sub more.

It is a very good college.
Placements: Many students got placements in different areas in different fields. I'm not sure about their average salary package. Placement cell works hard to grab different opportunities. Many students learned different skills from here and opened self-art galleries.
Infrastructure: In our department, the classrooms are moderate and each has a capacity of 30-35 students at a time. Labs are available in the classroom. There are many apparatus which are required for the practicals. Department library has numerous books which help the students a lot. There are separate boys and girls hostels with good quality food and water.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and supportive. They always encourage us to take part in every activity. There are many co-curricular activities held in the college. Semester exams are neither easy nor too tough. One can pass it easily if one studies hard.
