Some even got placed in the top companies handling IT and technology such as Microsoft, Amazon, and Cisco, which speaks volumes about the good industry relationship and placement support of the college. 92% of Computer Science Engineering (CSE) students were placed in the 2022–2023 batch with the maximum salary of ?50 LPA through Microsoft. Besides these large companies, numerous alumni are placed in different departments and designations depending on their studies, which indicates that the college prepares the students well for their professional success.

For undergraduate courses such as B.Com. (General and Computer Applications), BBA (with Digital Marketing), B.Sc. (in courses such as Computer Science, Biochemistry, Data Science, etc.), and BCA, the candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board. Admission is largely based on merit, but there could be rules provided by the university or the state government.For postgraduate programs, Those who are interested in pursuing MBA and MCA need to qualify in the APICET (Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test), whereas those who pursue M.Tech need to have good scores in PGECET or GATE. To obtain admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses in GVPCDPGC, the candidates first need to fulfill the eligibility criteria. For B.Tech, they need to have a 10+2 qualification with 45% marks (40% in reserved categories) in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry and a valid Andhra Pradesh EAMCET (EAPCET) rank. For M.Tech, they need to have a B.E./B.Tech qualification with 50% marks and a valid GATE or Andhra Pradesh PGECET rank. For MBA/MCA, they need to have a graduation degree with 50% marks and a valid Andhra Pradesh ICET rank.Once the eligibility is checked, the applicants fill up the official online application form. They upload mark sheets, photo ID proofs, and entrance scorecards. They also pay the application fee. After this, the applicants undergo state-level online counselling for Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, ICET, or PGECET/GATE. During counselling, the applicants register, check their documents, and do web options to choose GVPCDPGC.
