Factors determining GATE IIT MTech Cut off
The GATE cutoff for each IIT will differ, and all IITs will release their GATE cutoff based on the following factors: Candidates will be able to see the cutoff for all IITs on the official website of CCMT (Centralised Counselling for MTech). GATE 2021 Cutoff
Candidates must pass a bachelor's degree with at least 60% aggregate (55% aggregate in case of aspirants belonging to SC/ ST/ PwD category) or a minimum CPI of 6.5 (6 in case of aspirants belonging to SC/ ST/ PwD category) out of 10 to apply for IIT Bombay MBA.
Aspirants in the final year of the degree and those awaiting results can also apply. The applicant should have scored an aggregate of 60% (55% aggregate in case of candidates belonging to SC/ ST/PWD category) or equivalent till the latest exam that has been completed and whose scores are available.
IIT Delhi MTech admission is completely entrance-based. Candidates seeking admission to the IIT Delhi MTech course must appear for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). However, BTech graduates from IITs with an overall CGPA of 8.00 out of 10 are exempted from GATE and are eligible for direct admissions. Apart from this, candidates are also requested to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria to be eligible for IIT Delhi MTech admission.
As per the elgibility criteria released by the IITs, It is mandatory to have minimum 75% marks (65% for reserved category) in class 12 to take admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. Candidates should apply for JoSAA conselling only if they fulfill all the conditions of eligibility. However, many institutes admit students on the basis of JEE Main where there is no requirement of minimum marks in class 12.
