The hostel mess at Goel Group of Institutions is quite the institution for serving the students with healthy and hygienic food. The menu is always a mix of various dishes, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, which ensures the follow-through with the diet. Meals are made on the spot with the use of quality ingredients, while cleanliness and hygiene are kept as the primary concern. Mess management is very much eager to students' suggestions, and they strive to include regional and seasonal food items. Food safety standards are being tested all the time. True, the taste difference is a subliminal issue, but generally, most of the students think that the food is acceptable. Furthermore, the institute seeks to bring the students' home into the mess through the adoption of a friendly and well-organized atmosphere.

For qualified applicants, admission to the Goel Group of Institutions is comparatively simple offering both entrance-based and direct admission options. Valid results on entrance exams such as JEE Main, JEECUP or others are sometimes required for admission to professional degrees like B.Tech and B.Pharm. However several courses also offer direct admittance based on 12th grade grades, making them accessible to students with mediocre academic standing. The institutes appeal is increased by the scholarships it provides to deserving students particularly those who perform well on entrance exams. Although there could be some competition for entrance-based admissions direct admissions offer a more straightforward process that most applicants with the basic eligibility can handle.
