The eligibility criteria of Government flying training school for CPL is given below.
1. Min Age 17 Yrs.
2. 10 + 2 Passed with Physics and Maths from recognized board or equivalent.
3. 200 hours flying training followed by passing practical and written exams.

The fee at GFTS bangalore for Training for commercial Pilot's license is as followed.
Rs 100000 to be paid at the time of admission. Rs 1000 per hour for registered students and Rs 1500 per hour for unregistered students.

Hello Ankit Jha, in Jakkur aerodrome, the govt flying school is located. Minimum charges to become commercial pilot are about INR 30-40 lakhs. You can get the details in the attached link or on the webpage of GFTS.
