B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering - Batch of 2029

Overall, the college is good for studying.
Placements: The placement rate of the students placed is approximately 70 percent. The highest package might be 4 LPA, while the lowest is 1 LPA. The companies that approach are NHPC, SJVN, etc. Almost 100 percent of students got internships, but the internship for most students is unpaid, while some got paid.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good enough. The labs are properly functional, and the students got technical education. The labs are equipped with Wi-Fi, ensuring access to online classes and other study materials. Also, the hostels have good facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are very good, most of them have completed their education from IIT and NIT, so there is no problem with qualifications. The semester exams are also not very hard, but not so easy. The exams are appropriate enough so that only worthy students got the opportunity.
Other: The reason for choosing the electrical branch is that it could help us manage the energy processes in our future. The things that should be fixed are that there should be more progress on experiential learning.

Overall, it is a good college with good facilities.
Placements: 1-2 companies visit the college. The highest package (4-5 LPA) and the lowest (2 LPA) in private companies, but more college students are placed in the government sector than in private. Pie Infotech (government sector): NTPC, NHPC, NHAI, NPCC. I don't know about the correct percentage. Junior engineering, assistant engineering, site engineering, project engineering, SDO, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. Smart classes with projectors, good faculty, Wi-Fi availability, a good lab setup, a library, and the college is also going to start an e-library soon. Hostels are also good. Wi-Fi availability in the hostels. Water coolers for hot, cold, and normal drinking water, mess available, mess food is good, medical facilities aren't available (but in case anyone gets sick, staff take them to the hospital). Common room in the hostel for playing, dancing, chilling, etc.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are well qualified and give their best to teach us. The qualification of faculty is mainly a Master's or Ph.D. in their field. Yes, up to an extent, but sometimes not. Moderate 50%. The exams are not tough, but the duration of the examination is less, as in 3 days the exams get over, as there are 2 exams in a day, which makes the pass percentage less, but moreover, students get passed in the exams.

Good infrastructure and facilities but poor connectivity.
Not much sports facilities.
Placements: Government Hydro Engineering college is new college.
Companies have started coming only some time back. Some students get placed from here and some Students clear the GATE exam and pursue higher studies. This is new college so companies may don't know about it.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is nice. There is full facility of wifi throughout the campus as well as in the hostels.
There is one library which have good facility of wifi and AC. The classrooms are also very nice.
Hostels are very nice. The mess food is average and the canteen facility is also good.
Faculty: Engineering is all about exams. The teachers of the institute is helpful. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is average. It depends on the student only if he or she want to be industry ready or not. The semester exams are quite tough.
Other: The campus is situated on the mountain all alone. Events happen once in while and the connectivity from the town is very far
