The toughest MD specialisation among the General AI category candidates was MD in Pathology. For admission to MD in Pathology, the expected cutoff could be between 39000 to 40000. Overall, the closing cutoff for all the MD specialisations could be between 38000 to 80000, looking at the previous cutoff ranks.
