Teaching is good in this beautiful college but need to study hard.

Placements: In our college, many companies came for campus placements mainly JSW, Mandro, etc. Many students were selected. The salary packages were quite well offered nearly 2 LPA - 3 LPA and approximately Rs.18000 per month. More campus placements were held every year. If you have gained knowledge in a course, then campus placement is very easy for you.

Infrastructure: In college, we had zero shops on campus and a canteen. The hostels were good. Our college was quite good and huge with beautiful classrooms. The college looks awesome from the outside. In the college, the library is available, computer labs were good and lab equipment was also very good.

Faculty: Teaching was very good, especially EEE was at the top. Every teacher explained in a very easy way. In electrical, nearly 90% of students passed. During exams, teachers helped us to revise fast and accurately which helped. A lot of lab practices were quite easy and helpful.

Other: The electrical course has a very good scope in Karnataka and there were a lot of opportunities for government jobs.

Review of Government Polytechnic College, Bellary.

Placements: A minimum of 50% of placements are guaranteed. The average package offered is 2.5 LPA. JSW and Synder are some of the major recruiting companies, but there are no internships. The roles offered are very good. Companies that came here are very good.

Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure. The classrooms and library are very good, but there is no proper Wi-Fi. It has good medical facilities and food facilities. Sports clubs are available.

Faculty: The faculty members are well qualified and knowledgeable. They teach us and have good teaching techniques. The course makes us ready for the industries. The semester-end exams are good, and there is a hike percentage to pass. The good teaching made it easy to cope up with.

Other: My overall experience was good, and it's worth the money.
