It's pretty good for a Diploma in Bihar because it ranks 2nd in the whole of Bihar.

Placements: It's a Diploma college, so placement for electrical, electronic & civil engineering has a higher rate. Around 45% student get placement. The highest package is 5 LPA, the lowest is 2.1 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Tata and some local industries. Around 85% students got internships in Satyarth Technologies. Top roles offered are junior developer and backend developer.

Infrastructure: It's a government polytechnic college, and it provides the best infrastructure in the whole of Bihar after G. P patna13. In the hostel, the quality of food is average, and medical services are not available. Sports and games in the hostel are like 0. But in college, they conduct a yearly sports event.

Faculty: The faculty members are awesome, they teach everything in your syllabus before exams. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Not too hard to pass in if you are consistently preparing for your exams. The pass percentage is around 89%. Most of the students get a good SGPA.

Other: It's pretty good for a Diploma in Bihar because it ranks 2nd in the whole of Bihar. For improvement, such as a more digital lab, they can establish for students' future. Events are rare.

This college is good for both practical and theoretical knowledge.

Placements: The placement for the CSE branch is very low because most students opt for higher studies. However, the placement for other branches is around 80–90%. So, if you enroll in CSE and aim for placement, there is a low chance of getting placed in a company.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure for this course is good. When we talk about facilities, Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and the library are all available, with the lab facilities being especially excellent. However, hostel facilities are not available at this college.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, and their teaching quality is excellent. They regularly conduct lab sessions and help with students' problems. The curriculum is relevant and helps students become industry-ready. The semester exams are not very difficult, and the passing percentage is about 95–100%.

Other: This college is best for students who want to focus only on studies. It is not suitable for students who are looking for a balance of academics, sports, fests, etc.

Candidate must have passed Secondary Examination or equivalent 10th class examination conducted by Bihar School Examination Board. Applicants who have appeared in the secondary examination or equivalent examination of the year 2024 are also eligible for the Polytechnic Engineering course, but on the basis of this examination, it is necessary to pass it by the date of commencement of the first counselling. Note:Other conditions of AICTE may be applicable as specified by the Department of Science, Technology and Technical Education, Bihar. There is no maximum or minimum age limit. Medical examination will be done of selected candidate for admission. The Candidate will be given admission only if found eligible in the medical examination and Separate fee will be payable for health test. Candidate who are citizens of India and fall under at least one of the following residential categories are eligible for admission: (i) Whose parents/husband/wife are permanent/native residents of Bihar. (ii) Whose parents/husband/wife are refugees registered in Bihar. (iii) Whose mother/father/husband/wife are employees of Bihar Government. (iv) Whose parents/spouse are employees of Government of India posted in Bihar or employees of Government of India undertakings/institutions posted in Bihar. (v) Whose mother/father, husband/wife are employees of the United Nations and are currently posted in Bihar.
