Yes, it is possible if someone don't want to apply in the existing cutoff round at Grant Medical College, they can go for the next round. However, it is not allowed to hold any seat. If a candidate targeting the next cutoff round, then he/she might have to bear a risk of losing his/her seat, as the vacant seats are eventually occupied by the remaining candidates in the given period. They might have to compete for the seats remaining after the existing cutoff round.
