Greater Noida Institute of Management (GNIM) PGDM Courses & Fees 2025: Eligibility, Dates

The process of GNIM Greater Noida admission begins with online registration. It is followed by the application process, the selection process, and the fee payment. All the steps included in the GNIM PGDM admission process are described below in detail:

STEP 1: Online Registration & Application

The institute conducts its registration and application process online. The first step is to complete the registration process with basic details. Registered candidates can proceed to fill out the application form. The steps included in the GNIM PGDM application process are as follows:

Step 1.1: Visit the official website of the institute at www.gnimgreaternoida.in.

Step 1.2: Click on 'Apply Now' displayed on the home page.

Step 1.3: Register as a new user and verify the email.

Step 1.4: Fill out the application form online.

Step 1.5: Pay the prescribed application fee (non-refundable) and submit the form.

STEP 2: Selection Process

Eligible applicants who have valid CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT scores are shortlisted for PGDM admission at Greater Noida Institute of Management. Shortlisted candidates are required to appear for the GNIM written test, followed by a Group Discussion (GD) and a Personal Interview (PI). The final admission is based on the applicants' performance in all the selection rounds.

Step 3: Fee Payment

Selected candidates must submit the applicable GNIM Greater Noida fees to confirm their admission. The total PGDM fee at GNIM is INR 7.55 lakh. This includes a registration fee of INR 75,000 that must be paid at the time of admission. The first instalment of the GNIM PGDM fee must be paid within 15 days of registration. GNIM, Greater Noida, PGDM scholarships are offered in seven categories. These scholarships are provided to candidates who fulfil the eligibility requirements decided by the institute for each category. GNIM scholarships are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Listed below are the categories of PGDM scholarships at GNIM:

• Category I: Scholarship based on a qualifying exam: Scholarships of up to INR 70,000, offered to candidates with valid scores in CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT
• Category II: Scholarship based on academic background: Scholarship of INR 20,000, offered to candidates with a BTech/ BE degree and 60% or above in Class 10, Class 12 and graduation
• Category III: Scholarship for candidates with work experience: Scholarship of INR 20,000, offered to candidates with work experience of at least one year and a minimum of 1.8 CTC
• Category IV: Defence Category: Scholarship of INR 20,000, offered to candidates who belong to the Defence Forces/ Army, provided they have secured at least 50% in Class 10, Class 12 and graduation
• Category V: Single Mother: Scholarship of INR 20,000, offered to candidates who are being raised by a Single Mother, provided they have secured at least 50% in Class 10, Class 12 and graduation
• Category VI: Special Category: Scholarship of 50% on the total fee, offered to candidates who have scored more than or equal to 90% in Class 10, Class 12, graduation, CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT and also in the Interview Round of the GNIM selection procedure
• Category VII: Girl Child: Scholarship of INR 20,000, offered to girl candidates with 65% or above in Class 10, Class 12, and graduation
