Great college ambience, solid faculty, the worst part is getting placements here.
Placements: Students are barely placed from this college. We might get internship certificates and results, but placements are hard to get. Packages, if somehow mentioned, are around 3–3.5 lakhs per annum. Kotak, Bajaj, etc., are recruiters. The placement percentage is around 7–8 percent or less. The course is the best thing to choose. Currently pursuing this course in this college can help you go through with better reputation and skills.
Infrastructure: Facilities are basic but helpful for students. It provides a computer lab, Wi-Fi features, a canteen with good food, a college library, and a ground to play. Our college may have medical facilities, but I haven’t seen any emergencies yet, so I’d rather not believe whether this facility is there or not. Sports and games get more attention, and that’s right. It has annual sports with a wide variety, and day-to-day sports can also be played on the ground.
Faculty: Faculty is the top one thing to consider in this college. You’ll get superb, excellent teachers and staff. The teachers are very friendly and help you clear every single doubt. This course is important as it makes you efficient in the accounts field, and companies feel the need for these skills. Semesters are easy until CU changes the exam dates earlier. Passing marks are about 25 percent.
Other: This course is helpful for an accounts and finance career, as I have interest in this field, so I chose it and it also has better future opportunities. Improvement is needed in the support system of the staff towards students, as you may face some problems in getting enough help. There are many events and a fest known as Hemflunce, where the crowd makes the day more encouraging and interesting. The surroundings are polite and feel like studying in a cool environment. Scholarships are available to students with marks above 60 percent in semesters. Extra-curricular activities are also available.

Best college for commerce students.
Placements: Our professors encourage us to join the internship program. Many of our batchmates got placements in TCS and Bandhan Bank. We have separate WhatsApp groups in which our professors give us information about all the placements that are currently running in our college.
Infrastructure: We have a free Wi-Fi facility that gives us a 30 Mbps speed on average. Our college has two libraries. No hostel is available, but the college canteen is good. The washrooms for men and women are very newly renovated, and they're very clean and tidy. Every floor has its own separate water purifier, which gives us chilled water in the scorching heat of summer days.
Faculty: All the professors are very good and helpful. The office staff are also very helpful and good. Professors teach very well. The guidance and teaching are top of the line. If everyone there attended classes regularly, then barely anyone would need a private tutor. We got freshers when we got admitted. There are also many tournaments in which students can participate.
Other: There was no ragging on our college campus. Seniors are just like our big brother. They help us in every step. Overall, for commerce, the college is one of the best colleges in Kolkata.

Good college with value of certificate.
Placements: Very few people got placements, little bit politics. The average package was 1.2 LPA. Mainly call center job was there. But if you were lucky, you could get a job in private companies for business development, sales, and sometimes junior accountant.
Infrastructure: Our college provided Wi-Fi. Labs were good. Classrooms were big and very good. Library was also good but could have been better. There was no playground. No sports at least during my tenure. But culture program happened a few times. Canteen food was very tasty and affordable.
Faculty: Teachers were renowned and best. They were always here to help you. You will get a quality education. It's the best commerce course. It makes students ready for the industry if they study sincerely. College semester exams were set up by University of Calcutta. Paper was a little bit tough. But teachers were very good and you got quality education.

Absolutely satisfied with the facilities.
Placements: 40% of students are placed in my college. The highest package offered is 5 LPA, while the lowest is Rs. 25,000. The average package in my college varies. Top recruiting companies actively hire from our college. Around 30% of students from my course secure internships in top companies. Various top roles are offered.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility are available in my college. Classrooms are big and clean. There are two libraries in my college. The quality of canteen food is very good. Medical facilities are well-maintained. Sports and games are available in my college. We are lucky to have these facilities. Facilities are very good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is relevant, preparing students for the industry-ready. The semester exams are very difficult, with a passing percentage of 40%.
Other: Scholarships are available.

Best college for commerce.
Placements: There are about 920 students in the B.Com. Hons course. The highest package is around 25 LPA. Several banks like ICICI and HDFC recruit students for job opportunities. Many of them get great internship chances in government-sponsored companies, etc. Heramba Chandra College is one of the best in Kolkata for commerce students, as it really looks upon the needs of students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good in our college. The college gives a Wi-Fi facility to students during college time. Classrooms are big. 150 students can join a lecture at a time there. There is a smart board in every class along with projectors and speakers. The library has a huge number of books starting from textbooks to story books. The medical facility is good enough. The sports and gaming section is active here.
Faculty: The teaching quality of the teachers is quite impressive. They are knowledgeable. Some of them write text books for our course. Rhe course makes students industry-ready. The exam question is neither hard nor easy. The pass percentage is very high in the college.
Other: I chose this particular course to get more opportunities later. I wish the syllabus become short in case as it is too lengthy.

I suggest this college is the best.
Placements: In Heramba Chandra College the average salary package offered for UG 3 years placements is 5 LPA. Top recruitments, including many big companies like Genpact, SBI CARD, and Indigo visit the college for placements. Among all the students, i.e., about 8% of students secured the median salary packages.
Infrastructure: Heramba Chandra College has a 4 story building with a basketball and volleyball court. It has clean toilets, a mediocre but good canteen with a good Wi-Fi connection. Classrooms are well-maintained. The quality of the food provided in the canteen is good.
Faculty: Heramaba Chandra College is one of the most pristine colleges in West Bengal due to the students of commerce. Our teachers are very highly advanced and supportive. Semester exams are relatively tough. The pass percentage of students is 50 % and exams are difficult.
