STEP 1: HICAS Application Process (Online/ Offline)

HICAS application process is conducted in both online and offline modes. Students can apply for the course by adopting any one of the following application modes:

Online Application:

Step 1.1: Visit the official website of HICAS and register your name and mobile number.

Step 1.2: Fill out the application form with all the mandatory details.

STEP 2: Selection Rounds

HICAS BCA admission is entirely merit-based. To get admission, candidates must pass Class 12 from a recognised Indian board. Further, direct admission will be offered to students based on their merit of the last qualifying exam of previous education.

STEP 3: Merit List Release & Fee Payment

Admission is subject to the rules of reservation of the Government of Tamil Nadu and Bharathiar University. A partial 50% of the seats are filled as per the reservation policy stipulated by the regulatory bodies and 50% of the seats are filled through Management Quota. The shortlisted candidates will be notified through merit lists. The selected candidates will have to pay a certain amount of course fee to confirm their admission.
