My wife took an admission for BCA course through upgrad. Admission process was good through upgrad but course system is pathetic. HITS don’t provide any spokesperson from there side, no body listen to your query or you don’t have any contact from university to contact for emergency.they just give you one online portal access for weekend classes and take assignments and exam.final also process was different on teams on which they didn’t provide access. On final exam day she was not able to login and nobody from university care about it. She left course without completing single semester.
