HRM from IBS Gurgaon isn't that good. Major companies do visit our campus but if we compare it with other streams like marketing & finance, HR is on the lower side (lower side means less companies visit the campus, whereas the students pursuing PGPM in HR are also less).
Average package revolves around Rs 6-6.5 lakhs per annum in all the streams.

PGPM ss a certificate program that is generally provided by the colleges that are not affiliated to any university and the institution functions as an autonomous body. It does hold value in terms of evolving managerial skills and knowledge. Hence, most of the colleges offering PGPM also offers MBA degree in combination as per the requirement of the student.

Faculties are good with rich industry experience. Some of the faculty are GEMS, I bet you'd not find such anywhere else. Coming to the average salary, being a part of college's placement cell, I can tell you that the current average package is Rs 6 lakhs per annum.
