Candidates also have complete their bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate along with 50% in Class 10 and Class 12 to apply for MBA at IFIM institutions.

IFIM School of Technology provides merit scholarship to students pursuing a course from the institute. The merit scholarships will be equivalent to 50 and 25% of the tuition fee based on the scholarship criteria. IFIM School of Law admissions are entrance-based. The school conducts IFIM's Scholastic Aptitude Test (ISAT) for candidates. Apart from ISAT, candidates with a valid score in CLAT/ LSAT India are also eligible to apply to IFIM courses. However, candidates looking forward to practising Law in India are required to clear the All India Bar Exam (AIBE) conducted by BCI. 

Candidates are required to maintain 80% and above in each semester through the course to continue the IFIM institutions scholarship. The attendance should be 80% and above throughout. Besides, students should not have any backlogs in any of the semesters during the course of study. The renewal of scholarship must be done on time with submission of the marksheet copy of each semester. The student is considered only for the scholarship throughout the course.
