- The CMAT 2026 registration has started for admission to the MBA, PGDM, and MMS courses. The deadline for registration is Nov 17, 2025, and the exam date is yet to be released.
- The CAT 2025 exam for admission to MBA/PGDM courses is scheduled to be conducted on Nov 30, 2025.
- The ATMA registration 2025 for the Dec session exam for admission to MBA/PGDM and MMS courses is expected to start tentatively in the second week of Oct 2025.

No, IIRM Hyderabad does not offer an MBA programme. Instead, it offers a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), which is considered equivalent to an MBA. Just like an MBA, it is a Master's level course in the field of Management. The duration of the course is two years and it is offered in the full-time mode. Being a dual specialisation course, its allows candidates to choose two specialisations. If you want to take admission at IIRM Hyderabad of MBA course, you should have atleast 50 percent in your graduation.
You also should have passed any of the following exams (MAT, XAT, CAT, CMAT, ATMA). So if you score minimum 50 percent in any of these exams you can get qualified for the cutoff in order to take admission. So not only MAT but you can give the above exams too.
No, there is no provision for direct admission at to the PG Diploma course of IIRM Hyderabad. The admission to the full-time PG Diploma course is strictly based on the applicants' performance in the accepted entrance exams, followed a personal interview. Further, candidates are also required to qualify in the Actuarial Proficiency Test conducted by the institute. Moreover, they must fulfil the preset eligibility criteria for PGDAS admission. Hence, direct admission is not possible at IIRM Hyderabad for a PG Diploma.
