Don't expect too much from the college, as they might break your expectations.
Placements: 45% percent of students are in my course. The highest package is 2.5 LPA, and the lowest is 1.3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Coca-Cola and Turtle. Forty percent of students got jobs in Turtle and Coca-Cola, with roles in sales and marketing from my course.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good, but food and canteen services are average. While sports and games are available, the facilities are quite poor because students don't participate much, and the condition of the sports equipment is not good, they don't invest in sports.
Faculty: Some teachers are good, but the majority engage in politics with students and even other teachers. The teaching quality of these teachers is not good. For the course I chose, teachers should have real-time experience, but they haven't provided any. Exams are difficult because most of the time teachers don't give us notes, and sometimes our syllabus isn't completed before the exam. The pass percentage is 60%.
Other: I chose this course to gain experience and knowledge about business, but they haven't provided any single real-time experience. Only the events are good in college, not the studies.

iLEAD provides growth, development, and fun.
Placements: Management roles are offered mostly during placements. I do not have much idea about the placements, but I can assure few minimal-salary jobs are offered to students. Some top recruiting companies for our course include Wipro, Jio, Airtel, etc.
Infrastructure: Hostel is probably not offered but I am not sure as I am from Kolkata, so I did not require hostel services. However, the infrastructure is top-notch at iLEAD. The building, interior decoration, library, and everything is absolutely amazing and unique. Students will fall in love with it instantly.
Faculty: Faculty members are mostly helpful. Our coordinator is someone who will help us with everything during our course. The course curriculum is somewhat relevant. I am currently in the 4th semester, but I did not find anything relevant to digital marketing in the 3rd semester.

This college is actually very nice, but we will face some problems with it.
Placements: Around 50% of students got placement, and obviously, good-grade students got placed more. The highest package, I would say, was ₹25,000-₹30,000 per month. There weren’t any top companies in which students got recruited. All students got internships from our college every year. Top roles include fashion designer, fashion manager, and media manager.
Infrastructure: There are plenty of labs here with all the machines available for the students all the time, but WiFi is not that strong. The library is very huge and very good, with all types of books available. There’s no hostel in our college at this moment.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, motivating, and know their work very well. Yes, this course makes a student industry-ready because we work practically and also go for internships and more. If a student doesn’t study well, they will find the test difficult because everything has been taught in class.
Other: I chose this course because it was my dream to be a fashion designer or be in this industry. I would have liked more practical work in the first and second semesters. Events are always happening here, and all the students enjoy them a lot.

Honest review of iLEAD Institute of Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Development.
Placements: I do not know too much about the placements but I heard students got the average package of 5 LPA last year. The salary package is constantly improving so it will be much higher this year. I heard some students got the highest package that ranges from 7-8 LPA. I am more into freelance so I don't care that much about placements.
Infrastructure: The campus has Wi-Fi for students and teachers. The computer lab is designed for students but the computers are really backdated and need an upgrade. There is no hostel facility, but it is much needed. The canteen food is great. It has 3 or more canteen on the campus. It also has a turf on the rooftop.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, well-qualified, knowledgeable, and friendly. We can freely contact them if we want. They will help us with everything. The course curriculum is absolutely relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not that hard if we attend the classes. Classes will never be boring, at least it is not for me.
Other: I have been intrigued by animation since I was little and now I have a chance to study it. I do not want to miss the chance, so I chose this course.

An overall lifetime experience which was really good, both with ups and downs.
Placements: Last batch got 90% placements in top companies like Apollo, Ruby, and others. The highest package offered was 8 LPA and the lowest was 1.5 LPA. Apollo, Ruby, ESI, Cognizant. 100% of students got internships in companies like Cognizant and Apollo. HR, TL, Executive Manager, etc.
Infrastructure: The whole college is totally connected with Wi-Fi and classrooms are air-conditioned and clean with projectors for visual classes. The library is available and accessible easily anytime. The college canteen is very clean and hygienic, and the food is of good quality and tasty. Medical facilities are available in cases of emergency. Sports are very much encouraged here. The college has its very own football, cricket, basketball, volleyball, and kabaddi teams separately. Games like Valorant and BGMI are encouraged too. Tournaments are held yearly where students can show their extraordinary skills.
Faculty: The teachers are extremely helpful and qualified for their respective subjects. The teachers are of top-notch quality and friendly, creating a friendly bond between teachers and students. The course is very much curriculum-relevant. Management, Human Resources, Finance, and many more topics make the student industry-ready. The semester exams are quite easy if you study properly. If you don’t, then you might find it hard. The passing percentage is a minimum of 40%.

Good for events but they need to improve their facilities.
Placements: Placement campusing I really don't know how it will be in the future. But they are totally late to give us internships when it's needed. Most of us got internships from outside and own sources. Rest of us got internships at college campuses. I got an internship from outside, which was in Infantium Victoria brand based in Belgium.
Infrastructure: Classroom interior is very inspiring and well-decorated. We also have a very knowledgeable library with plenty of books, though no one reads them. As a student, we have seen the price of food in our canteen is increasing day by day, and we can't afford it. When we were in 1st year, we saw the main meal price was Rs 50/- but now it was Rs 90/- but the same quality and same quantity.
Faculty: Faculty members are educated and experienced. But rapid changes in faculty members make an impact on our studies. There is a communication gap between faculty members and students as we have two different teachers in one semester and one subject at that time. Course makes the students industry-ready. Examinations aren't that tough but it totally depends on how students they study and their preparation for exams. A graphic designer can't teach fashion illustration, they need to understand this. At least students don't feel that they know better than teachers, and seeing teachers work students should get mesmerized.
Other: I wanted to learn this course. The best thing in my course is the artwork which I really enjoyed. Lots of things need to improve in this college (especially in my course) i.e., equipment that students need to use for their semester works. Most of them are not working properly and are broken. They need to change or repair those things. As the college isn't that old, so lots of things are happening now. Events and fests are very good in this college. If you are in extracurricular activities, then you can join this event. Also, I was a scholarship student.

I recently got my bachelor's, and I have friends who attended all of the above-mentioned colleges, and with that, I'm telling you don't opt for any of them. Try to get into a tier 2 or tier 1 college. If you still are not able to do that, then go for St. Xavier's (Autonomous); don't opt for St. Xavi
