Hii Lipsa, IMT Ghaziabad is best although Nagpur is decent college under IMT group, which field do you prefer in finance if you go for core finance job (investment banker, derivative analyst, market research) it is good to have 55-60% upto graduation as MNCs of these profile demands or if not you can choose financial sales profile (mutual fund,insurnc sales, relationship officer etc) check this more coherently with college placement officer if you have not 55-60 % upto graduation.

Dear Abhi, college rankings for PGDM program are not known by specializations in case of B-Schools or management institutions.The rankings of PGDM college describes its qualities in management education means its rankings include all general specializations like finance, marketing, IT, HR, retail, etc. Specializations in subjects can be chosen in 3rd & 4th semesters that you wish to pursue i.e- finance, marketing, HR, etc.

I would like to tell you that as per the requirement of the IMT, Nagpur, 50% is the eligibility in the entrance exam so if we talk about your CMAT result then it should be 50% i.e. 200 but it is okay. You don't need to worry, every college has almost 2-3 merit list and if competition will be less then you will definitely get admission in it. So be strong, wait and watch, don't loose the hope.

IMT Hyderabad. More than 82% students of the current batch are already placed. Highest CTC- 22.5 LPA. IMT Nagpur- 73%, highest CTC- 17.8 LPA. At IMT-Hyderabad, average remuneration for top 100 students has been close to INR 7 lakhs while average for top 50 offers has been 8.16 lakhs so far, despite the slowdown in placements.
