Dear,
AVSEC course is not open for anyone, you need referral from any of the organization registered with BCAS. Civil aviation security is under BCAS not under DGCA. You need to get employment with any airline or airport to get nominated for such course.
Is this course approved by DGCA?

As the age limit is not mentioned for this course, you will have to connect with the academy directly. Also, you have not mentioned your educational background so your question needs a little more clarity.

Hi!
Please explain what the 'right time' means? Are you looking for minimum eligibility?
