Well, as per my research, IIMC Jammu doesn't offer PG Diploma in Hindi Journalism. It only offers PG Diploma in English Journalism as per the official website. And, hence, it's easier to say that the institute's entire focus is on teaching just one programme. i.e. PG Diploma in English Journalism. And, all the recruiters for IIMC Jammu placements come to hire from the follwoing programme only. 

As per the official website of IIMC Amravati, the fees for the PG Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme for the academic year 2021-23 is INR 1,50,00 per annum. This fee includes tuition fees, examination fees, library fees, laboratory fees, and other miscellaneous charges. 

The fee structure for the PGDM programme at IIMC Amravati may vary from year to year and is subject to change as per the discretion of the institute. However, as per the information available on the official website of IIMC Amravati as of my last update, the total fee for the two-year PGDM programme at IIMC Amravati is approximately INR 4.5 lakhs (excluding hostel fees and other incidental expenses).  IIMC is a great institute for studying journalism. It is one of the most prestigious journalism schools in India, and its alumni have gone on to have successful careers in the media. The institute offers a variety of courses in journalism, including print, broadcast, and digital media.

They are both good choices but understand that ACJ has a experience of 15 years while the IIMC has been there for 50 years. I would say IIMC is a better choice because it provides for better resources and experienced teaching staff.When it's come to faculty and placement of IIMC .It provide's good faculty all teachers are well qualified and are experienced. It's students has also placed in well known media organisations example:The Times of India, The Economic Times, The Hindu, The Indian Express, The New Indian Express, The Telegraph, The Statesman, The Hindustan Times, Frontline, Business Standard, Digit, UNI, NDTV, CNN-IBN, Times Now, ANI, Reuters, Big FM Radio.

IIMC Amravati does not offer any undergraduate (UG) courses at present. The institute is primarily focused on postgraduate management education and offers a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program. Therefore, there are no UG courses for which fees can be charged at IIMC Amravati.

As of now, IIMC Aizawl only offers two courses, namely Online PG Diploma in English Journalism. At present, the temporary campus is located inside the campus of Aizawl University. The new institute will be situated in approximately 8 acres after the construction of its permanent campus.
