The Fee structure is almost same for both the colleges. So it must not be a deciding factor. Other than this, if you want to go for the management quota in IEM Kolkata, you'll have to pay a lot more money. But TIT Bhopal (Technocrats Institute of Technology) doesn't charge the management quota money as you can get admission easily there. Other than that, everything seems the same for both colleges. The campus and the building is quite big w.r.t. IEM Kolkata. The placements are also quite good there. You can go to TIT.

You have chosen a very good college with a lot of reputation behind it so inspite of job market is going down I can assure you will get good opportunities but getting job is completely upon you. If you have the qualities what the employers will looking for then My friend you will get a good job for sure.

Here I have tried to give my reviews on all the three. Read till end and then decide on which one to go for. BIBS (Bengal Institute of Business Studies) which has GOT a truly industry-centric programme and their placement standard is really at the top. Their course fees are also not that high (average, to be precise). But their offerings are really good. (Ranked 2nd after IIM) with 100% placement records in last 5 years. The highest Salary 13.15 lacs & Avg Salary 4.5 lacs p. a. More than 10% of the MBA Batch has GOT International Placements. It is the only Business School in West Bengal with an A* rating from Crisil. BIBS not just focuses on making students work on their toes but also to learn through practical experiences and get exposure to real life happenings in business and the industry, resulting in the growth of students, making them confident, knowledgeable and competitive. Unitedworld School of Business is currently one of the best institutes for pursuing MBA/PGDM. It has a huge campus in Ahmedabad (and Kolkata) and the faculty members are very much helpful and encouraging. The hostel life is great and has all the amenities available inside the campus. Students are encouraged to participate in different Festivals, sports competitions and extra-curricular activities and are taken for Industrial visits regularly. The most important aspect of any good course is the placement. The students here are GETTING PLACED in companies like: Google, Coca-Cola, Nestle, Parle, Justdial, Oyo, Pran Dubai, Times Group, Paytm, Airtel, JK Tyres etc. Placement is the main USP of this college. Silicon India recently recognised United World School of Business - Ahmedabad as one of the TOP 25 Best Colleges to hire from. IEM is nowhere near the other two in terms of ranking or placements.

It depends on your interest and convenience that in which college you are more comfortable with respect to location and your financial strengths. Although, you can prefer CV Raman Mechanical in place of IEM Kolkata, because placement scenario in IEM Mechanical is extremely bad. And, this is a new branch in IEM. No core companies visit the campus for recruitment. But, you will get lots of opportunities in C V Raman. Best of luck.

MBA at IEM Kolkata is okay type. You can expect average package of 3-5lpa in IT companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini etc. These companies visit the campus for recruitment. If you don't have any other options available and you are financially good, then only take admission in this college. Because, even after completing your MBA, you may end up without getting any job. Yes, you can get admission for MBA courses in the institute of engineering and management Kolkata through management quota. Fees will be higher than the normal fee structure. You can expect 1.5 to 2 times higher fees if you are going for management quota. You can visit the IEM ashram building and they will guide you in details for the admission process.

Hi,It totally depends on your interest that in which college you are more comfortable and interested. Both the colleges are good, still you can prefer CUSAT due to more opportunities at the time of placement. Only low paying IT companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys visit IEM Kolkata, while you might get more opportunities at CUSAT. Best of luck.
