The experience at the Institute of Genetic Engineering college was very good.

Placements: Our college's placement record was very good. About 91 percent of students were placed from our college. The highest package offered was 8 LPA while the lowest package was 2.5 LPA. The average package offered was 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting hospitals included R. G. Kar Hospital, R. N. Tagore Hospital, and others.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was adequate in terms of classrooms, library books, e-resources, laboratories, equipment, sports facilities, recreational activities, residential accommodation for faculty and students, and transport facilities. Genetic engineers and genetic engineering experts were in high demand, and this demand was expected to rise further. The college had all the necessary infrastructure and maintained it properly.

Faculty: The quality of teaching was very good, and the entire college staff was understanding and supportive. The curriculum was well-updated and included all the recent developments in the field. Our teachers are very friendly an informative.

Other: I was interested in knowing about the duration and structure of these courses. Additionally, it would have been helpful to understand the eligibility criteria for enrollment. I also wanted to know about the fee structure for these courses.

This college provides good placements.

Placements: Among our seniors, atleast 97% of them get placements in reputed laboratories. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Lal Path Lab, Apollo, and many others visit to recruit. They are hired in very high-level jobs.

Infrastructure: This college has an excellent infrastructure, with smart classes, a digital library, highly equipped laboratories, Wi-Fi campus. The hostel is good, students will get non-vegetarian all 6 days a week, both at lunch and dinner. Students do not have to wash their plates, the sweeper sweeps the rooms every day, and washrooms get cleaned every day and it is clean.

Faculty: Teachers are highly educated with vast experience and knowledge. Their way of teaching is good, just by attending their classes students will easily qualify. Exams are highly beneficial, and the questions they set are very top class.

Other: I chose BMLT because it is a career-oriented course, students will get jobs very easily, and also the salary is good.

Our college placement record is very good. Our teachers are very friendly an informative.

Placements: About 91% of student were placed in our college. The highest package was offered 8 Lacs in our college. The lowest package was offered 2.5 Lacs in our college. And every food we founded in less of money in the mess or for students. There we get medical facilities and every types of sports and games available in our college.

Faculty: There were teachers helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. And every student get a mentor teacher who helped student for every steps. The teaching quality was very technically. And helped every student for learned the course. In this course curriculum relevant. And teach every student honestly. The semester exam in this college are essential question which are read you in class room. 100% student is pass in this college.

Other: I choose this course because I become a good BMLT and helped people. Thus college the best thing about our college is placement record is very good and you get internship. Every things would r better about our college. Events, fest, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surrounding, scholarship, extracurricular activities also available I our college.

The college is very beautiful and good with experienced teachers.

Placements: I have heard from good seniors that this college is well known for its replacements. Students get placed with a very good salary package that ranges from 2-10 LPA from well-known companies. More than 80% of the students from our course got an internship. I too have high hopes and this college has a very good reputation among all colleges.

Infrastructure: All facilities and infrastructure are in good condition. The infrastructure is very well built. All the laboratory equipment is available, and all are in very good condition. The hostels are good, and the beds and are also good. The college provides good and helpful equipment for sports, and almost every sports kit is available here.

Faculty: All the faculty members in our college are very experienced and knowledgeable. They help every student, both in class and as well as individually. The college provides a lot of courses, and the management team is good. Exams are conducted very genuinely, with a standard level of questions.

Other: I have chosen this course because it will provide me with a lot of portals for a job.

Really good faculty members, good infrastructure and facilities but no placements.

Placements: The college does not provide any placements for undergraduate students. Most of the students go for higher studies because it will help them to land high packaged salaries. Internship is not mandatory for undergraduate students but if they are interested to do any they need to find by themselves.

Infrastructure: The campus has Wi-Fi facility. The data limit is 35 MB but in some selected areas the data limit is 1 GB. The campus has chemistry, bio-chemistry, micro-biology, genetics and computer lab. Students can issue maximum two books from library for seven days and if they are unable to return it on time they need to pay fine of Rs.2 per day. The college provides hostel facility for both girls and boys. Each hostel has Wi-Fi. They serve breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner. Students need to enter the hostel before 7 pm.

Faculty: Most of the faculty members are Ph.D. holders. Hence, they are very knowledgeable in their respective subjects but they prefer to teach in Bengali language. Syllabus is not that huge and very practical base. Each faculty members study materials are sufficient for the students and they do not need private tutors to understand the subjects. In the final year, students need to do two projects one is on biodiversity and another one is dissertation.
