The overhead expenses during Master of Computer Applications (MCA) at IMS Noida include:
- Program Fee: ₹1,32,000 per annum, which includes tuition fees along with facilities like library, internet access, guest lectures, projects, induction program, etc.
Other expenses like accommodation, food, and other personal expenses are not included in the program fee.

Uniform Imprest of Rs. 12,000 will be payable at the time of admission. The Uniform set will include 3 Trousers, 3 Shirts (Full-Sleeves), 1 Tie, 1 Blazer, 1 Upper Hoodie and 1 Sweater (Half-Sleeves) which will be provided at the time of admission.

The fee is payable annually in advance. However, on the request and for the convenience of the students, the University may allow the fee payment in two installments (first in the month of June and the second in November, irrespective of the date of result and starting date of Semester/Trimester).
