The International School of Design Kolkata BDes application process 2025 can be completed in both online and offline formats. To apply for a BDes course at INSD Kolkata, students will need to follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Fill out the Registration form:

Step 1.1: Visit the official website of INSD Kolkata (insdkolkata.com).

Step 1.2: Click on the menu tab and find the “Admissions” tab. Here, select the option “Registration Form”.

Step 1.3: Fill your personal and qualification details in the online registration form.

Step 1.4: Upload copies of all requested documents.

Step 1.5: Click the confirm option on the pop-up screen that will appear after completing the admission process. The International School of Design Kolkata BDes application fee will be paid in this step which amounts to INR 1000.

Step 2: Document Verification

If the candidate is shortlisted during the INSD Kolkata admissions, they will be called to the admission centre of INSD Kolkata for document verification. Candidates must bring original copies of all the documents uploaded for this process.

Documents Required at the Time of Registration

For International School of Design Kolkata BDes course admission, students will be requested to provide copies of the following documents:

• Certificates along with mark sheets of both Class 10 & 12
• Proof of both ID and address
• Passport-size photographs
• Character certificate
• Migration certificate
• Domicile certificate
• Attested copies of birth certificate and last qualifying examination
• Attested copies of any other necessary document required (SC/ ST/ OBC certificate etc.)
• Migration certificate
• The tuition fee for the necessary course

If applicable, students will also need to submit a copy of their Caste certificate in addition to the above-mentioned documents with the registration form.

Step 3: Seat Allotment and Final Admissions Fee Payment

If the candidate succeeds in verifying all the documents they uploaded with the registration form, they will be required to pay the final admission fee. This fee must be paid to confirm the allotment given to the candidate. The overall tuition fee is around 4.56 lakh. The amount mentioned here is subject to change.
