Completely satisfied with the amount of exposure in the real market we get through this RMM course.

Placements: I am from ITM Business School, Navi Mumbai and currently pursuing my PGDM degree in Retail Management and Marketing, regarding the placements, until now all the students have been placed whether by college or independently. As of our seniors the highest package offered was of 12LPA and the lowest was around 6.5LPA so the average would fall around 8.5-9 LPA. For our course we had recruitments from Reckitt Benckiser, Bisleri, Future group, TATA Croma etc. Our college gives us various opportunities as it brings many dignified companies to our campus for our placements. Regarding top roles offered in our course, Assistant Manager is one of them and also followed by sales executive, junior analyst etc. All of us had got good internship opportunities in Future group, Reliance retail, Lodha, Xanadu, GAP, Tommy Hilfiger etc.

Infrastructure: Our college has given us top notch infrastructure facilities so whether it may be our classrooms, practical rooms or our auditorium we have it completely furnished. Our classrooms are equipped with A/V projectors and are also Wi-Fi enabled with completely aur-conditioned classrooms. Regarding our library, it has wide variety of books for all business management aspirants also having many autobiographies along with philosophical and mythological books too. It is also equipped with Access to paid research websites such as proquest and researchgate etc. In our Hostel we have facilities such as a Gymnasium, Yoga Room, and an indoor games hall having table tennis, carrom, chess etc. Our mess caters both vegetarians and non vegetarians and the quality of the food is quite good.

Faculty: Coming to the faculty for our course, all our professors are well qualified few of them are having PhD's in their own specialised subjects. Our HOD, Dr Sapna Modi is one of a kind professor as she teaches using real life examples and also it makes us all the important concepts easy to understand. Curriculum is always adjust as per changes in the industry and thus makes us industry ready. We also have live projects where we work with a retail organisation for few days and get hands-on experience for all the concepts we have learned theoretically.

Other: As the name of our course suggests retail management and marketing, where we get to learn about marketing and also in depth knowledge regarding the retail industry as well. I guess getting to learn about 2 different prospects in a single course is indeed commendable. Regarding the improvements, according to me, I don't think there are any changes necessary as the course is completely tailor made and the curriculum is always adjusted as per industry needs. In our college we have a Tailwind department, where it takes care for all the academic fests, competitions, events etc.
