The fee structure of for the BTech programme is INR 16 Lacs for four years. Students will be provided with a laptop, causal uniform, exclusive conferences and meetup passes this all included in the fee. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will be cancelled.

ITM Skills University follows a limited-intake model and admits around 150 students to its BTech CSE programme. There is an availability of 40 specialised seats per cohort. This smaller batch size allows faculty members to give more personal attention to each student as well as help them to guide in projects, internships along with placement preparation.

Candidates must pass a bachelor's degree from any UGC recognised university with a minimum of 50% aggregate to apply for MBA at ITM Skills University. Final year students can also apply for the MBA programme. 

Candidates must pass Class 12 from a recognised board to apply for BA programme at ITM Skills University. Aspirants are selected for BA based on their merit and performance in the personal interview round.

ITM Skills University offers scholarship via IFirst Scholarship Test. Candidates need to fill out the form for PGDM. Aspirants must appear for the test for the scholarship. The scholarship is offered to 200 meritorious students based on their performance in online scholarship test. Selected students get scholarship of 10% to 100% on first year tuition fees.

ITM Skills University BTech CSE curriculum is divided into eight semesters (4 years). In the first year, students learn computer Science basics, coding, and communication skills. From the second year onward, students will learn frontend and backend development, cloud computing, DevOps, and other trending tech. In later semesters, students can choose electives like AI, Cyber Security, or Blockchain. At the end of the course, students would need to pursue an internship as well as practical projects for industry exposure.

No, BTech curriculum at ITM Skills University is not limited to technical subjects. Along with coding and software development, students learn business fundamentals, leadership skills, communication, as well as foreign language basics.
