J.D. Girls College has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

| B.A. | Candidate passed 12th/equivalent under 10+2 scheme from any recognised institute/board are eligible to apply. |
| B.Sc. | Candidate passed 12th/equivalent from any recognised institute/board are eligible to apply. Candidates with Agriculture subject shall be eligible to get admission in Biology group. |
