Kakatiya Medical College as of 2025.
Placements: Since I studied at a government medical college, I felt like it was my privilege to study there. Almost every senior was friendly and guided us. There was a success rate of about 98% every year. After completing the internship, they could start with about Rs. 60,000–Rs. 70,000 per month in a private hospital.
Infrastructure: Hostel quality was good. We had attached bathrooms. We had a ground full of sports facilities. The library had AC. The auditorium had AC as well. There was a good mess community, and reading rooms were also provided in our hostel. Sanitizers were also placed. There was a well-equipped canteen. Emergency medical check-ups were also provided.
Faculty: Teachers were classified as A+ category. They all made MBBS easy. They made us more invested in the human body and the things surrounding us. The semester exams were quite moderate to easy. Teachers were super friendly. They made us exam-tension-free.
Other: I chose it because I want to become a doctor. I want to serve my nation. I thought my college was the best, and I did not think anything should be improved. However, the vast syllabus was too much at this age.

KMC is totally a different experience. Once you enter, there is no point in looking back.
Placements: As it is a premier medical school of Telangana and South India. You get a hands-on experience and exposure during the learning and training period. Talking about the alumni. KMC has a vast network of alumni. Having an alumni network helps you in many ways. Be it guiding you for your USMLE journey or shadowing them for a better picture of the field. The list goes on.
Infrastructure: Hostels are well-maintained. New hostels are being constructed right now. In the future, you can expect a lot more rooms for the students, both UG and PG students, to reside in the hostels. KMC has one of the largest playgrounds in Telangana. Students have the facility to engage in indoor sports. A separate auditorium is constructed to serve this purpose.
Faculty: Most of the faculty here have decades of experience in teaching and treating rare diseases. Students here have separate mentors. These mentors are professors from various fields. If a student faces any kind of problem, they reach out to their mentors for any kind of help and they are ready to put in the effort.
Other: The students' body of KMC organises one of the beautiful fests in the college. Starting with Uthkarsha, Freshers, and Ganesh Mahotsav are conducted. The list goes on. Students also organise many academic fests and conferences like KRITI, which is believed to be the grandest Medfest in Telangana.

I am satisfied with the college, facilities, and the faculty.
Placements: All students who get seats in our college will be placed in our course. There will be no packages in our college because it is an MBBS college. We have to do internships after completing 4 years of study. The internship will be about 365 days. We will get a salary of Rs. 26,000 to 27,000 per month.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are very good. All 250 members were seated in one room which contained a projector and mike along with speakers. The ventilation and electricity will be super. Hostels are newly built with very good facilities. The food will be tasty. Our college has the biggest ground compared to all colleges present in Telangana.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified with a lot of knowledge. The teaching will be very interesting. The semester exams are not that difficult. We can manage those. The pass percentage of the exams will be 50%. The attendance of theory classes should be 75% and practical should be 80%.
Other: I chose this course because I'm interested in it.

This college really teaches you what life is.
Placements: Almost 250 students are present in each batch, which started from the batch of 2019 (before that, 200 students were present in each batch). And 100% of the students get internships in the same hospital, which is associated with the same medical college. And there are a total of 19 subjects present from the 1st year to the final year.
Infrastructure: So we are having a newly constructed building which consists of 4 lecture halls, and an old building of approximately 70 years back which consists of all the laboratories of pre- and para-clinical subject departments. Apart from college buildings, we have a college library of 2 stars which is supported by Wi-Fi.
Faculty: Our professors were nearly 25 to 30 years experienced, which is more than our age. They really teach in such a concise manner that we can attend university proof exams without any fear and build confidence in us. There are no semesters in our academics. They divided our academics into internals.
Other: It's my dream to come into this career.

Our college is dynamic. Nearly everyone can get placements
Placements: In our course, many persons can get the opportunity to do internship, the starting package can be minimum of 6 to 8 lakhs per annum for a pg. It is 12 lakh per annum, who completed pg. Around 90% people got internship. The roles offered are medical assistants, and assistant professors. Majority got placed in top hospitals.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is okay.There is no official wifi connection, but we can talk to the service provider and can connect wifi personally. Every subject has it's own lab, and has sufficient lab equipment. Classes are conducted in skill center, it is a new academic block with a digital screen and projector. Perfect to listen classes. It can accommodate 250 persons. Mess food tastes good, no quality issues, hostel is okay. Medical facilities are available 24/7, our college encourages all types of sports.
Faculty: Well experienced faculty, with top class professors assistant professors an post graduates. We also have professors from Stanford University, one of our biochemistry professor is included in the list of top 2% of the scientists in the world. Semesters are brain storming. Some questions are easy, but yeah the standard of paper is good. The pass percentage is 50%.
Other: MBBS is an extraordinary course. Giving life to a person or giving another chance to live to a person is a role of a doctor. And doctors are made through MBBS. It'd be better if medicos are provided good facilities is hospitals, respect from patients and funds and economical help from government, like scholarships. Events and extra curricular activities are frequently conducted. An event named 'Uthkarsha' is yearly celebrated in our campus. And we celebrate every festival in our campus. And, we have the largest ground amongst all the medical colleges. Our college supports sportspersons. We also have a gymnasium and a sports committee. Campus surroundings are full of trees, greenery everywhere. Many workshops are also conducted.
