NEET PG Counselling registration 2025 is held online for seat allotment. Candidates who qualified for NEET PG 2025 exam with minimum cutoff marks are eligible for counselling. Registration for round-2 NEET PG 2025 counselling will begin on December 5, 2025, as per revised dates and schedule. Seat allotment result for round-2 counselling will be declared on December 12, 2025.
NEET PG 2025 counselling registration can be done on the official website, mcc.nic.in. It must be noted Medical Counselling Committee will hold counselling for allotment of 50% All India quota seats. For the remaining 50% seats, respective state authorities will hold counselling. NEET PG 2025 counselling comprises registration, choice filling, seat processing, seat allotment result, and reporting. A total of four rounds of online counselling will be held for seat allocation into MD/MS and diploma courses. The number of rounds may be extended based on the vacant seats or other external factors.

No, online registration for NEET PG counselling is a one-time process. Those who have already registered once don't need to register again. Only those candidates who have not registered themselves during round 1 need to register for the round 2/mop-up round. Registration can be done in any round except last one on the official website. Candidates will have to download NEET PG 2025 scorecard for 50% AIQ seats from the official website. They have to provide login details to download the scorecard.
