Honest review of my college experience.
Placements: There is no placement offer of any kind in our college; you will have to try on your own to get the job. Here, you can get help for the job. There are many courses available here which will make it easier for you to get a job. There is always career counseling here.
Infrastructure: No hostel is provided in our college; you will have to travel on a daily basis to attend the college. In our college, you will also get a library, canteen, gym, labs, Wi-Fi, playground, and tables, which have been arranged very well. A lot of activities are also organized in this college.
Faculty: All the teachers in our college are very knowledgeable, proficient, and very helpful. Their behavior is also very good, which can help you a lot. Before the exams start, all the teachers here make the subjects clear, and you need to prepare fully for the exam. Sometimes, it happens that not all subjects are cleared, but this does not happen every semester. Grading is a pain, even in semester examinations.

I am dissatisfied because of placements and infrastructure provided here.
Placements: None of the students got placed in BSc economics (Hons) or in any course. There are no placements as not even a single company visit here for recruitment. Top roles offered in our course are customer satisfaction. None of the students got internships from this course in any company.
Infrastructure: Our college has average classrooms, library, playground for playing sports and gymnasium with multiple instruments and national cadet corps. There is no hostel facility, but medical first-aid and other necessary facilities are available. Canteen, sports and games facilities are also available here.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful here in this college for every student. They are qualified and knowledgeable teachers. Their teaching quality is good and average for most of the students. This course curriculum is relevant, but it does make students industry-ready.

Kidderpore College is not good.
Placements: There are no placement opportunities provided by our college. There are no such facilities of elementary education here. The college offers the worst environment for education. It is totally a waste of time to study here. So basically the goons type of students are found here. They are just spending their time here.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is at zenith level. Even there are no commuter facilities for arts students at fluency level. There are no such computer classes conducted here. They always gave an excuse for computer classes. There is no sports faculty available here. Medical facilities are not available here.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are always late for classes. Regular classes are not conducted here. They are just taking a salary and providing poor education. They are even found gossiping in their staff room. I would like to rate 2 out of 10 in terms of faculty and curriculum.

About Kidderpore College.
Placements: In our college, there was no placement facility. After graduation, I joined in a multiplex as a cashier. I have worked for one year. Then, I joined in a retail store (Titan Store) as head cashier. In this store, I am getting many experiences. Now, I am working as an accountant.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is not very good but average. I loved the teachers because they are very co-operative. They always help us. We have a very nice library. We can read many books over there. Also, you can take those to home. The classrooms are very big. We have a computer lab also.
Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable and very talented. They are very helpful and honest. Teachers are very qualified and polite too. All the teachers are happy to help all students. They always support needful students.

A brief description of Kidderpore College under Calcutta University.
Placements: It is a degree college, under Calcutta University, from where you can obtain your graduation degree and go for the opportunities in different departments of private and government sectors. Campus placements and internship are not available here because it is a degree college.
Infrastructure: It is a three-storeyed building having a library where you can find more than 5000 books and newspapers and fully air-conditioned reading rooms. Computer department, gym, common room for girls and boys, separate toilets for boys and girls are available. A playground is also available.
Faculty: You can obtain your graduation degree in arts, commerce and science courses. The best professors of Bengal will teach you and help you in your studies. NCC department and sports teachers are also available. The computer department is available for all the students.

This college is useful for studying journalism and mass communication.
Placements: Around 20-30% of students got placed in our college. Many courses are available, such as MAC, which teaches students how to work in graphic design. I am currently doing an internship in a Public Relations company, which is highly esteemed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college is Wi-Fi enabled. They provide many facilities. The canteen is good for students. They provide all the facilities.
Faculty: All teachers are highly educated and helpful. They are experts in the same field of work. It is relatively easy to pass the exam if you study. The pass percentage is 40%. Students from Calcutta University are well-assured of getting good marks.
