Generally, food quality in the hostel mess KIIT College of Engineering at Gurgaon is appreciated by the students. The mess provides nutritious and balanced food with a variety of dishes which suit the choice of different tastes of students. Food is prepared hygienically while all efforts are undertaken to make meal wholesome and well-balanced so that regular feedback from the students helps them maintain as well as improve the food quality. It caters both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Of course, the menu will have Indian and Continental dishes. Thus, the hostel mess provides a healthy and hygienic environment for students' nutrition.

The maximum and minimum cut-off marks in the KIITEE exam are between 0 to 160.60% in the case of holders of Diplomas and 55% in the case of Bachelor graduates. varies by category and program. For general category students, the minimum qualifying marks are 50%. Previous year's cutoff ranks include: B.Tech Computer Science 5044, Electronics and Telecommunication 14233, Mechanical Engineering 11748, Information Technology 16614, and Electrical and Electronics 20970.
