You will not get NIT with 95.
I just want to make one thing clear which I don't think many people will tell you. I have searched a lot about these and finally came to a conclusion that with 95 percentile you can't get any good nits or iiits and even you get one, definitely you won't get a branch of your liking that's clear, but all those are for people of general category. With 95 percentile, you probably have a rank around 45k to 50k, and with your OBC quota you will get a chance in mining engineering in NIT Surathkal easily, if your luck favours you may also get Civil engineering. There is also a good window of opportunity to get admission at Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Mining Engineering. So feel free to participate in the counselling process. Congratulations and best wishes for your future endeavours.

Applicants who did not have a valid category Certificate were allowed to change their category from beneficiary to non-beneficiary during registration for CSAB-Special Rounds, according to CSAB counseling guidelines from the previous year. This suggests that even if your Certificate has been rejected, you can still sit for this exam. However, you are strongly advised to mail JEE exam authorities about your issue instead of waiting for admit card issuance for the JEE 2023 cycle.
Yes, you do need a domicile Certificate during 85% state quota counselling for NEET after registration, choice filling when merit list is declared and you are allocated a college you will be called for counselling then you will need documents to be verified along with domicile Certificate.
