With 95 percentile, you probably have a rank around 45k to 50k, and with your OBC quota you will get a chance in mining engineering in NIT Surathkal easily, if your luck favours you may also get Civil engineering. There is also a good window of opportunity to get admission at Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Mining Engineering. The difficulty of the paper doesn't depend on the shift, but on the relative pattern of the paper that year.

Hi Tarun. From my personal experience, I think it's not necessary to submit the same photo as submitted in application card. Just make sure that you can be recognised in both photos.

Yes, you do need a domicile Certificate during 85% state quota counselling for NEET after registration, choice filling when merit list is declared and you are allocated a college you will be called for counselling then you will need documents to be verified along with domicile Certificate.
