The above-mentioned percentage is for the above subjects taken together. Must have also English as one of the languages of study. Admission is through counseling based on the rank obtained in KCET/COMED K. Seat Weight ages:
45% of the seats are filled by the Common Entrance Test conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority (KCET)
30% of seats are filled by the Common Entrance Test conducted by private management association (COMED-K)
20% of seats are filled by Management
COMEDK 2018 First Cutoff Ranks Declared, 180 for RVCE Computer Stream
The COMEDKs online counselling that started on June 12 for registration has completed the First Round of admission counselling with the cutoffs declared for each of the colleges for engineering seats and the last date for admission will be June 29, 2019. Students are advised to check the First Round cutoff declared on the website and here is the cutoff for top 10 colleges in Bangalore and Mysore, according to the COMEDK notification released today. Architecture notifications will be published shortly, it said. At a glance, the sets available for RV College of Engineering in computer Science are 49 for general merit and 5 for North Karnataka region and the total fee is Rs.170,000. Same is the case for CEC stream.

The admission is also dependent on your caste. If you belong to general category, then your cut off should be at least 198 or above. For BC, you need to have a cut off of 196 or above.
For MBC, you need to have 190 and above.
For SC it is 185 and above and for ST it is 180 and above.
These are for CEG campus only. If you have a good cut off then you can get the other colleges under Anna University.

No, you can't get admission in Sanghvi College for 2nd year because the universities are different. MIT WPU is a deemed University while Sanghvi College of Engineering is affiliated to Mumbai University. You will have to complete your graduation in MIT WPU itself, or else get admission in Sanghvi College of Engineering but will have to enroll into 1st year B.Tech.

This college offers admission based on the entrance exam conducted by the Gujarat state government called GUJCET. Hence you can definitely get admission without clearing JEE Mains examination but then you will have to clear GUJCET. Of course, 5% management quota in private colleges can be utilised to seek admission without any entrance exam.
