    KLR College of Engineering and Technology has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
    CoursesEligibility
    MBA/PGDMCandidate must have passed Bachelor Degree (BA / B.Com/ B.Sc/ BBA / BBM / BCA / BE / B.Tech / B. Pharmacy / Any 3 or 4 year Degree except Oriental Languages). Examinations of minimum three years duration with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved categories) in the qualifying examinations. Final year appearing students may also apply on provisional basis. The minimum age of the candidates should be 19 years as on the date of notification (Candidates whose date of Birth up to 30th MARCH, 2003). No maximum age limit.
    B.E. / B.TechCandidates who have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. Candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.
    M.E./M.TechCandidate must have completed B.E./B.Tech./AMIE in Civil Engg./Construction engineering / Civil and Environmental Engg. (or) equivalent from a UGC recognised University/ institute. Preference will be given to GATE qualified candidates over TS PGECET qualified candidates. Candidate must have secured 50% marks in group subjects taken together in the qualifying examination (45% for reserved category).
    After 10th DiplomaCandidates must have passed 10th examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or from any other recognised board in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects, and obtained at least 35% marks in the qualifying examination. Candidate must have passed all the subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, with minimum of 35% Marks in each subject. Candidates who appeared or are appearing for SSC or equivalent examination being held in March/April-2023, and whose results are yet to be declared are also eligible.

    I'm satisfied with the environment and facilities of our college.
    Placements: Around 70% of students get placed in our course. The highest salary offered is Rs.75,000 per annum and the lowest salary is Rs.65,000 per annum. Top companies recruit students from our course. Top roles are offered in the courses like AE, JE, etc. Internships are not provided in our course due to the pandemic.
    Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of our college are very good. Labs and the library have sufficient equipment and books. The quality of the facilities is good. The canteen lacks food. Medical facilities are not satisfactory in our college.
    Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good. Semester exams are challenging. The pass percentage of our course is above 50%. Students are not satisfied with the course curriculum. It is relevant but doesn't make students ready for the industry.
    Other: I chose this course because electrical engineering is the developing course for the future. Events and fests are not regularly organised.
