Well, yes, you can secure admission to KNS Institute of Technology for the course B.E. / B.Tech without appearing in COMEDK UGET, wherein the institute accepts scores taken from KCET, known as Karnataka Common Entrance Test. Candidates must have an overall aggregate of 45 % in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at 10 + 2 level. Moreover, management quota will also help a student get admission without having to worry about the scores in the entrance exam. Yet, it is advisable that one should appear for COMEDK or KCET so that they get good placements and also meet the competitive entry criteria.

Yes, there is a management quota available for getting direct admission into KNS Institute of Technology for B.E. / B.Tech. Even though the primary admission will be on entrance examination scores like KCET and COMEDK UGET, the management quota admission gives students the seat based on their 10+2 marks, but minimum aggregate must be 45%. The requirements for pursuing direct admission to a college include, usually, a visit to the college to submit required documents and pay the required fees as indicated by the institution.

The faculty is well knowledge and supportive in KNS Institute of Technology. There may be some cases of staff not being qualified enough. This is contrary to several responses that described faculty as supportive and willing to assist the student in their academic studies. The quality of teaching is adequate, but a dated Visvesvaraya Technological University curriculum might make hands-on project experience more challenging. The faculty is focused on fulfilling the demands of the industry. It would provide students with guidance and mentorship, enhancing their academic and professional skills and also contribute positively to the learning environment at the institute.

Candidates must have earned at least 45% of possible points overall in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics throughout their 10+2 (or equivalent) coursework with 40% going to reserved categories. The main factor influencing admissions is the results of entrance exams, such as the COMEDK UGET for non-Karnataka students and the KCET for Karnataka students. Merit-based selection takes into account both admission exam results and the number of seats available in the targeted branch.During the seat allocation procedure, candidates must apply via the appropriate test portals, take part in counseling, and select KNSIT.
