Yes, you can take through Rajasthan LEEP (Lateral Entry in Engineering programme) ; There is no entrance exam conducted by the Board of Technical Education. 139 Colleges in the State of Rajasthan will participate in Rajasthan LEEP 2020 to provide admission to B.E. /B.Tech in different disciplines. The application process of Rajasthan LEEP 2020 Online begins on June 15, 2020. The detailed eligibility criteria for Rajasthan LEEP 2020 are mentioned below for the reference of candidates. Educational Qualification: Applicants should have passed Diploma in Engineering/ Technology with at least 45% marks from an AICTE approved institution. Generally, inter transfer are possible in the Colleges affiliated with same University. However, you can follow the below procedure for lateral admission:
1. Take permission from the authorities of the university in which you study currently.
2. If they say yes, then take permission from the university in which you intend to join.
3. If they say yes, then you need to take the following documents out from the current college. (a) Your last result (b) Your transfer certificate (c) Your character certificate
Pay the requisites in both the colleges and get the admission.

If you want to go to Australia for your further studies then only 1 year of gap is considered after studies. Suppose you have completed your education be its Higher secondary or Bachelors in 2016 June, then you are eligible to apply till 2017 fall intake (September) afterward your application wont be accepted.
