I heard about Lexicon MILE from a friend who is a pass out of that college. He had a lot of good things to say about the brand, the people associated, their course curriculum, etc. We should consider the below-mentioned points while selecting a college.
1. Placement/ Internships
2. Infrastructure
3. Faculty
4. Industrial Exposure
5. Campus Life
Placements: The average package is 6LPA. Top Recruiting company includes TOI, TIAA, Team Computers, BNY Mellon, Amazon, Treebo, ONDot Media. 100% of students got internships Top roles offered were of Corporate Sales Consultant, financial analyst, BDE, Market Researcher. They provide 9-11 months Paid Internships to students. The highest stipend was 50,000 per month and average being 25,000 per month
Infrastructure: Hostel life was the best, a lot of luxuries like Wi-Fi, washing machine, refrigerator induction, etc. The classroom is fully digitalized, the college has a big playing area including a football and basketball court. The food is delicious and is fully run by the students' council. There's a Medical Room in the college. The college conducts Zumba classes on alternative Wednesdays and can even showcase their talents on the last Wednesday of the week. Faculty: The teachers specialize in their field and hold expertise in the subject. The course curriculum is designed keeping in mind the syllabus of AICTE and the 9 months internship programme makes the students industry-ready. The college provides extra Certificate courses as well as French, German, Excel, Digital Marketing, innovation class, etc. Other: A lot of events like the Ted talk, Golf tournament, GenNext Awards, Corporate Connect, etc. Are organized by the college.

Jaipuria Institute of Management is a better option than Lexicon Management Institute. Overall experience, faculty members and placements at Jaipuria are good. You can choose Jaipuria for PGDM.

Hello Shruti,
Among all the names mentioned, Welingkar is much better due to its better rankings, higher placements, and more reputed brand value. Though both SIES and NL Dalmia are good backups.

Hi,
Many Management institutes do not allow students to appear for companies if they are already placed.
However this is the internal communication of the college and would be known better to the one who have studied from this particular institute.
In few cases if all the students are placed and still companies are coming students can sit for placements.
Also few colleges have a team which work for placement of college and bring companies, the team members are also given 2 chances to sit for 2 companies in few colleges

Hello
MILE is definitely not the best choice for pursuing PGDM since neither it offers great placements nor is it an established brand. SIBM, SCMHRD, and Pumba are the top three MBA colleges in Pune.
