LPU (Admission Office) admissions are open currently for 2026 session. Check below the ongoing events:The last date to apply for BTech, BTech (Hons), PG Agriculture, PG Pharmacy, MBA, UG Design, Type B (Other tests) and Type C is Jan 15, 2026.LPUNEST for MBA, Type B (UG Design), Type B (Other tests) and Type C will be conducted from Jan 20 to Feb 5, 2026 in test centres. The remotely proctored exam will be conducted on Dec 15, 2025 to Feb 5, 2026.LPUNEST for BTech, PG Agriculture, PG Pharmacy, BTech (Hons) will be conducted between Jan 20 and Feb 5, 2026 at the test centre and between Jan 10 and Feb 5, 2026 remotely.The last date for MBA, Type B (UG Design), Type B (Other tests) and Type C admission is Feb 20, 2026.The university will announce the results for BTech, BTech (Hons), PG Agriculture and PG Pharmacy by Feb 8, 2026. The last date for admission to BTech, PG Agriculture and PG Pharmacyis Feb 12-Feb 20, 2026 after Round-1 Counselling and Feb 22 and Feb 28, 2026 after Round-2 Counselling.The last date for admission to BTech CSE courses (Type A-Counselling + Interview) is Feb 25, 2026.For PhD Jan 2026, interviews are scheduled until Dec 16, 2025, and the last date for admission is Jan 10, 2026.For LPUNEST 2026, applications are open with the last date being Jan 15, 2026, for admission to various UG and PG courses. Further, the LPUNEST (remotely proctored exam) will be conducted from Jan 10, 2026 to Feb 5, 2026, and the test center-based exam will be held from Jan 20 to Feb 5, 2026.

LPU Admission Office offers more than 300 degree and Diploma courses at the UG, PG, and doctoral levels. The university also offers distance learning courses via the LPU (Admission Office) Centre for Distance & Online Education. Candidates can apply online for the preferred programme.

LPU (Admission Office) offers admission to most of the programmes based on LPU NEST scores. The university conducts LPU NEST to select candidates for admission to UG and PG courses. Besides, the university also accepts other entrance exam scores for admission to MBA and BDes courses.

Candidates who have completed their graduation with at least 55% aggregate or completed Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or Chartered Accountancy (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or Cost & Management Accountancy (CMA) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) are eligible to apply for MBA at LPU Admission Office.

LPU Admission Office offers courses at the UG, PG, and Diploma levels in full-time mode. Admission to the respective courses is offered on the basis of merit and accepted entrance exams. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria and secure valid scores in accepted entrance exams such as JEE Main, LPU NEST, CUET UG/PG, MAT, CAT, XAT, NATA or other equivalent examinations for the chosen courses. Candidates must meet the cutoff rank or score to secure the final seat at the University.

The university fee structure includes total tuition fees ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 16 Lakh. The admission process of Lovely Professional University (LPU) is completely online and multi-step. Candidates first need to register on the LPU admission portal by entering basic information like name, email, mobile number, and state. Following registration, candidates have to take the LPUNEST test, which is an entrance and scholarship test for most programs; or, national-level test scores like JEE Main, CAT, or MAT can be accepted for specific courses. After the declaration of results, applicants go through counseling for seat distribution and scholarship, as well as an interview round, if necessary. To confirm admission, the students have to fill in the admission form, deposit an initial amount (generally INR 10,000), upload documents required, and then pay the balance of fees within the given time frame to hold their seat.
