Placements: Almost 20% student got placement offers.
Students got internship from our course and got jobs.
Top recruiting companies for our course is Microsoft.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi labs, classrooms and library are good.
AC rooms, medical facilities, sports and games are available.
Good food facilities in hostel, the quality of food available in the mess and canteen are good.
Faculty: All the teachers are qualified.
The course curriculum is relevant.
1st semester is most difficult for all the students in the college.
The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Fully educational, they make the students industry ready.
Other: This course is easy to understand and it gives more chance to get a job.
This is a computer filed course. I think computer network subject needs improvement.

Sports infrastructure is good. Enroll here if you are a sportsperson.
Placements: Up to 30-40 percent students got placement from this college. Average placement package is about 3-4 LPA. Maximum placement package offered to the Elite students is about 7-8 LPA. Tech Mahindra, dainik bhaskar, Bajaj, HCl, etc. are some of the prominent companies that visit this college. The college is famous for its sport records as it has produced many international level players.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available. Labs and canteens are decent. Sports and games are given top priority. This college is absolutely good in sports infrastructure. Library is just okay. Environment is not as secure as the college claims. AC is only in the auditorium.
Faculty: Faculty is good and well knowledgeful. Curriculum activities are also organised routinely. ST quota is available here and the fees is low for ST/ST students so that they can study without any financial barrier. Attendance is not mandatory, you can bunk any time.
Other: Environment of the college is not good in terms of security. The college needs to make some improvements in it. No free parking is available for the student. They have to pay 5 INR for cycles,10 INR for bike and 20 INR for cars. No ACs are there in classrooms and the library is not silent enough. Syllabus is not of good level. If you find a better college then leave this college.

I'm absolutely satisfied because of teachers, good placements, good infrastructure, facilities, etc.
Placements: In our college, placements in our department are less compared to departments like BCA, etc. However, there is a good scope for B.Sc in CS. Various IT companies visit our college to recruit intelligent students. From the last 2nd semester or usually from the final year of the course, students are counselled by the placement department of the college and then guided for proper placements from September to December before exams. Local and state-level companies conduct recruitment drives inside our college and hire students accordingly. Reputed companies used to visit here in June and July, and they select students based on the recommendations of the college, interview basis and academic performance basis.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good at our college. There are high-speed Wi-Fi networks and huge classrooms. There is a huge and resourceful library, and the hostel facility is available in our college. Hostels are quite old but satisfactory. There is a huge ground for sports events as well for the practice of different sports.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in nature. Whenever you want to ask any doubt you have to just go to a particular department staff members, they will clear your doubts as soon as possible. All teachers are well qualified like in our physics department every teacher is a PhD holder. The course curriculum is nice, but sometimes it feels more like theoretical. Overall, the teaching is very good.
Other: Different activities are organised in our college like NCC, NSS, etc. Some fests are also organised by our college cultural department.

Best college for placements and best infrastructure.
Placements: The percent of placements in our college is 60 to 70 percent. Beacuse most of the students in our college were from sports quota. So they don't want job but students seeking placements get according to their ability. I our 2nd year of course 3 students were selected by top MNCs which are also top recruitment companies of our college which are amazon, birla group and toyota. Student with the highest package of 34 lacs were placed in amazon. Package of 15 lacs were placed in birla and the lowest package of 6 lacs were placed in toyota company. These companies also offer internships to students to practice their skills. Top roles are computer operators, software developers, work at back end or front end etc.
Infrastructure: Talking about infrastructure of our college. That was very good. Every year our college introduce the latest technologies to students. We got laptops even for home to practice our skills related to our course. We have fully air conditioned labs and classrooms, library, canteens. We have the latest computers in our labs. The latest apparatuses in our Science labs and also have smart classes. Even hostel is fully air conditioned and they take care of cleanliness very strictly. Quality of food in our hostel can challenge restaurants. Best ingredients are used to cook food. Special medical care is also provided to students or hoteliers 24/7. Doctors are available everytime in their office. Fitness department is also taken by them very seriously. They are very health conscious for health of their students. Open gym for every single game is introduced in our college. Not only physical games but also games to develop mental ability like chess.
Faculty: The staff of our college is very kind and helpful. Only teachers have doctorate degree can teach in our college. They help every student as their own child. No need of tutors is their. Course curriculum is also relevant which makes students ready for industries.
Other: I chose this course because I had great interest in computer. In my course I learned different pc languages by which I can develop new software and make learning so much fun. I thought that I can make my course better if I can practice skills instead attending theory classes. We can take part in other activities like delivering speech, dancing, etc. And if you are good in other activities you can get scholarship on higher studies.

The college has excellent and hardworking faculty members.
Placements: Many companies visit the campus for an internship programme for biotechnology. In the north part of the country, our field is not known well. However, the college is inviting many companies to provide chances to many students to have some experience of our professional course. Many students also got selected.
Infrastructure:
The infrastructure of the college is good. Many new advancements in infrastructure are going on. Many labs are built to carry out specific experiments. All high tech apparatus are available in labs. Classrooms are also good, but they are not air-conditioned.
Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable and hardworking here. They are the best teaching faculty in Jalandhar for biotechnology. They also encourage us to prepare for competitive exams after graduation. The course curriculum is very relevant to our field, where each and every topic in it has its own value.
Other: This course is a professional and leads to the research and development field. So this encouraged me to opt for this course.

An affordable place for a better future.
Placements: As this college is affiliated with Guru Nanak Dev University, (GNDU) Amritsar, so the placement is not excellent, but it's good. Some well-established companies like Wipro and Aditya Birla group will also offer you the placements. Though the number of vacancies is mostly lesser but students who have developed their communication skills well with their studies, they will definitely get the benefit.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is also good. Its a historical building built in 90's. The classrooms are good enough to study. But I would like to suggest that it is not the infrastructure that makes the career of a student. The location of the college is also good, it is just at the edge of the city.
Faculty: The faculty is the best part of this college on behalf of which I would like to recommend this college to all. The teachers are really supporting. They are always there to help the students. Though it the wish of a student at the college level that he wants to study or not, but the students who really wish to, this is a right place for them. The teachers are well experienced and have an excellent way of explaining the topics.
Other: One good thing about the college is that there is a Gurudwara in the campus itself which is a very good. Also, the campus has a well-maintained football ground, volleyball ground, etc. Extracurricular activities like debates, drama, and cultural dances are also conducted on the campus as well as
in the GNDU.
